以紫外光複合二氧化鈦/奈米銀線之光觸媒複合材料對甲基藍光催化降解探討

摘要


本實驗是探討製備以市售的奈米級二氧化鈦(P25)與多元醇法所合成的 奈米銀線做為複合。使二氧化鈦(P25)懸浮在奈米銀線溶液中,在紫外光的照 射下能產生光催化還原反應,使得二氧化鈦(P25)附著在奈米銀線上。並以掃 描式電子顯微鏡、穿透式電子顯微鏡、X 光繞射儀、可見光紫外光分光光譜 儀、能量散射光譜儀方式作為定量檢測。並進行光降解之觸媒反應探討,分 別以市售 P25、 P25 TiO2/AgNWs 分別以不同比例討論對甲基藍(MB)降解 效率,並以 UV-vis 檢測。 二氧化鈦(P25)包覆著奈米銀線的結構所產生的蕭特基接面,這增加了電 子的捕獲。由於光電效應所產生的電子有效地累積到奈米銀線上不與電洞再 結合。這使得了二氧化鈦(P25) /奈米銀線的光催化活性有明顯的增加。我 們分別將 0.31M 的二氧化鈦(P25)溶液與 0.08mM 的奈米銀線溶液摻雜比分別 為 60μl: 100μl、60μl:200μl、60μl:400μl、60μl:600μl 當二氧化鈦與奈米銀線參 雜比為 60μl:200μl 的時候,我們得到降解效率為最佳的狀態。

Photocatalytic materials are valuable in recent years. Titanium dioxide (TiO2) is one of the most popular and representative photocatalytic materials especially. This thesis is to investigate photocatalytic reaction of the composite material of commertial P25 titanium dioxide and silver nano wires (AgNWs). In the first part of this thesis, we composited titanium dioxide and silver nano wires in ethanol solution by UV light. The energy band structure of the TiO2/AgNWs composite is reformed due to the schottky barrier. It can enhance the photocatalytic reaction. Then we characterized the samples by field scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), electron dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), x-ray diffraction (XRD) and ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy (UV-vis). The last part as well as the main purpose of this thesis is to study the photocatalytic reaction with the TiO2/AgNWs composite, The degradation of organic pollutant (methyl blue) was used to evaluate the photocatalytic efficiency. We compared the photocatalytic efficiency for the different concentrations of silver nano wires in our composite samples.
