本研究主要探討學習對合作關係之影響以及市場共同性與資源相似性對其之干擾效果,並提出理論架構。有別於先前研究,本研究著重於三個學習因子(即學習意圖、透明程度與接納能力)之間的相互搭配對合作效果之影響。再者,本研究亦進一步探討在市場共同性與資源相似性的干擾效果下,學習對合作之影響。本研究收集36對跨產業之對偶(Dyads)有效問卷並以部分最小平方法(Partial Least Squares,PLS)作為分析方法。本研究結果僅有一假說不成立。 本研究不僅進一步深入探討學習與動態競爭文獻並且建議實務者致力於促進合作關係中三項學習因子間搭配、使用市場共同性與資源相似性交織的矩陣分析合作夥伴並且留意合作夥伴的行動。後續研究可進一步增加研究樣本及訪談合作兩造,使研究臻至完善。
We propose a research framework of shedding light on the effect of learning toward cooperation as well as the effect of market commonality and resource similarity as moderators. Unlike past works, we emphasize three determinants (i.e. learning intent, transparency and receptivity) as combination of learning has impact on cooperation. Furthermore, we examined the effect of learning to cooperation under the moderating effect of market commonality and resource similarity. A sample of 36 dyads firms was surveyed and analyzed by means of partial least squares in total. The empirical results supported our predictions with one exception. This study not only advances the learning and competitive dsynamics literature in theory but suggests managers promote those three determinants to improve partnership and pay attention to partner firm’s action and conducting cooperator analysis via MC-RS matrix. Future research should increase sample sizes and implement dyads’ interview more thoroughly.
