濕度感測器讀出電路設計應用於精緻農業之無線感測網路

摘要


本研究使用無線感測網路(Wireless Sensor Network, WSN)的方式,散佈大量的無線感測節點在溫室中,用來收集各地的溫室感測的數值;感測節點由德州儀器的CC2530微控制器與眾多感測器組成,其中針對濕度感測器HCZ-H8進行讀出電路設計,感測節點就可從讀出電路的輸出結果得知目前環境濕度,再由無線的方式傳回主控端的PC,無線傳輸使用ZigBee無線網路協定,具有低成本、低功耗、高擴充性等優點;主控端的管理介面可以即時監控各個感測節點的運作狀況和收集感測節點的資料,並把收集到的資料儲存在資料庫中,可輔助農場管理者即時掌握溫室狀況並維護各種農作物在溫室設施栽培中所需的最佳生長環境,獲得更高的產量與品質。 本研究已在大蕓有機農場中實現無線感測網路,成功監控與儲存溫室中的環境參數,共有10個感測節點同時運作正常,每5分鐘蒐集一次溫室中的環境參數,感測節點在3.3 V的電源供應下功耗為100m W,濕度感測器讀出電路最後輸出靈敏度與線性度為40.7 m V/RH、97.6677%。

The research uses wireless sensor network (WSN), distributes a large number of wireless sensor nodes in a greenhouse. It can collect many sensor data from different greenhouse. Sensor nodes include Texas Instruments CC2530 microcontroller and many sensors, and design humidity sensor readout circuit with HCZ-H8. Sensor nodes can get relative humidity from readout circuit output, and use the wireless transmission Returns PC host. Wireless transmission uses ZigBee wireless network protocol, with low cost, low power, high scalability. Host management interface can instantly monitor the operation status of each sensor node and data collection of sensor nodes. And the data collected is stored in the database. This system can assist farm managers to know situations of the green house and maintain a variety of crops grown in the greenhouse environment, get higher yields and quality. The research has been achieved wireless sensor networks in Ta-Yun organic farm. It is successful monitoring and storing greenhouse environmental parameters. A total of 10 sensor nodes can transfer data. Collect greenhouse environment parameters every five minutes, Sensor nodes at 3.3 V power supply power consumption of 100m W. Humidity sensor readout circuit sensitivity and linearity is 40.7 m V/RH and 97.6677%.
