本論文主旨在於探討四胺基吡啶(4-Aminopyridine),L,與鎳金屬鹽類反應合成之化合物的晶體結構,並討論弱作用力對於堆疊模式的影響利用。L與二價鎳鹽類反應我們成功合成出下列3種化合物: {[NiCl(L)4]Cl}n, 1,[Ni(L)4](ClO4)2, 2,[Ni(L)3(NO3)2] • C4H10O, 3。經由單晶X-ray繞射儀所鑑定出的結構可得知: 化合物1以鎳金屬為中心鍵結四個有機配位基及兩個氯離子形成八面體的結構,並藉由者氯原子的延伸形成一維的鏈狀結構,相鄰的鏈狀結構藉由者N–H---Cl氫鍵作用力形成三維的超分子結構。化合物2以鎳金屬為中心鍵結四個有機配位基形成平行四邊形的結構,相鄰的結構藉由者N–H---O以及 N–H---N的氫鍵作用力形成二維的超分子結構。化合物3以鎳金屬為中心鍵結三個有機配位基以及兩個NO3- 形成四角錐的結構,相鄰的分子藉由 N–H---O以及 N–H---N作用力形成三維超分子結構。
In this thesis, the structures of three nickel(II) complexes containing 4-aminopyridine, L, are discussed. The reactions of Ni(II) metal salts with L in ethanol afforded the complexes : {[NiCl(L)4]Cl}n, 1, [Ni(L)4](ClO4)2, 2, and [Ni(L)3(NO3)2] • C4H10O, 3, respectively, which were characterized by X-ray crystallography. The Ni(II) ions of 1 are coordinated by four L ligands and two chloride anions, resulting in octahedron geometries. The metal centers are also linked by the chloride anions to from 1D chins, which are further linked by the N-H---Cl hydrogen bonds to form a 3D supermolecular structure. The Ni(II) ion of 2 is coordinated by four L ligands to adopt a square planar geometry. The mononuclear molecules are linked by the N-H---O and N-H---N hydrogen bonds to from a 2D supermolecular struture. The Ni(II) ion of 3 is coordinated by three L ligands and two NO3- anions to from a square pyramidal geometry. Their mononuclear molecules are further linked by the N-H---O and N-H---N hydrogen bonds to from a 3D supermolecular struture.
