可用肉眼及螢光檢測鹵素陰離子的醣胜肽凝膠因子

‘Naked-eye’ and Fluorogenic Detection of Halide Ions Based on Glycopeptide Gelators

摘要


我們已開發出陰離子刺激應答低分子量凝膠因子,並經由測試結果後發現,可透過肉眼及螢光檢測。凝膠因子結構主要由醣體、芳香環、及胺基酸所組成。 凝膠測試中,化合物GA-Phe分別在正丁醇、水-乙醇、正己烷-四氫呋喃、正己烷-二氯甲烷、正己烷-甲苯的溶劑當中形成凝膠;化合物GA-Try僅可則在甲苯-1,4-二噁烷的混合溶劑中形成凝膠。 在陰離子測試當中,化合物GA-Phe與GA-Try均可回應氟、氯、溴與碘四種鹵素陰離子的刺激,並同時呈現螢光的溶液。並從結果可知,在不同溶劑中,對陰離子有不同的選擇性。

We developed a ionic-stimuli responsive low-molecular-weight gelators. After the test, they can be detected by the naked-eye and Fluorogenic. In this thesis, we synthesized GA-Try、GA-Phe、GA-Pro with suger、aromatic ring、and different amino acids. In gelation test, compound GA-Phe formed gel in pure n-butanol、 water - ethanol、 hexane - tetrahydrofuran、 n-hexane - dichloromethane、 hexane - toluene; compound GA-Try formed gel in toluene-1,4-dioxane. In anion response test, GA-Phe and GA-Try can respond halide anions, and the solution also presents fluorescent. In the result, compound in different solvent have different selectivity to anion.
