殯葬產業創新經營模式之探討研究

摘要


因應變遷的時代以及人們的生活品質水準提升,然而殯葬業這種存在於古老的時代社會裡的行業也在改變。殯葬業是個灰暗混沌不明的黑色產業人們唯恐避之而不談,但由於網路盛行、資訊快速的傳遞下,殯葬業不斷的改善且改進競爭激烈使得必須不斷的創新來滿足顧客人們日益增加的需求,在殯葬業中追求要好的服務要好的品質以及要讓活著的人感動感恩,其目的不外乎想藉由創新經營模式來改善這每個人都必須經歷的終生大事,所以本研究希望藉由個案的探討,了解殯葬業在不同的構面下,以創新經營模式的原由、思考的步驟、內涵及創新的差異性比較。 本研究以個案研究的方法,從殯葬業裡選出人所眾知的三個代表性公司,分別代表本研究的三個創新的基本架構-讓人們了解知道認識並選擇的前端-行銷創新、讓顧客使用與傳統模式不統於以往的-產品創新、服務顧客使顧客體感與不同以往的服務模式讓顧客感動-組織創新之典型個案作為研究對象,以了解殯葬業在現今社會當中;研究選出來做個案的公司在正在進行那些創新於殯葬業的經營模式,也帶給我們啟發殯葬業進行創新經營模式後,對客戶有那些不同的服務。 個案研究可以發現,所挑選的公司營運模式裡所代表的創新元素不相同然而細分之下也有部分相同,在個案企業當中會考慮的部分,自身所屬的殯葬產業環境裡面,加以評估自身的資源可用多少,可運用的資源有多少,可以著力創新的點是那些?從這裡比較之下找出殯葬產業裡最適合的創新經營模式。 經由殯葬創新經營模式綜合整理分析後,可以了解到各項殯葬創新於經營模式九大因子中各有異同之處,也因此代表著三種不同創新的主殯葬經營模式各自所擁有的經營模式中也存在著差異性,所以再經由差異性的分析中了解到各項創新的組合不僅僅在經營模式中存在必備的條件及特點外,各項創新組合也存在個別著重的元素;由此推論,本研究也將三種創新模式進行整理出其個別差異之處,也可以由此差異之處了解到各創新模式所著重的特點為何,其個別於經營模式因子的差異性。

In response to changes in the age and quality standards to enhance people's lives, but the funeral industry that exists in the ancient times in the industry are changing society. Funeral industry is a dark chaos of unknown people shun black industry without talking about, but because of the prevalence of the Internet, information is passed quickly, the funeral industry, continuous improvement and improved competition makes it necessary to constantly innovate to meet the increasing customer people demand, the pursuit of good service to the funeral industry to be good quality as well as to let people alive moved Thanksgiving, its purpose is nothing more than wish by innovative business model to improve lifetime event that everyone must experience, so I hope this study by investigating the case, to understand the funeral industry in different facets to reason innovative business model, step thinking, innovative connotation and compare the differences. In this study, the case study method, the funeral industry who are well known in the elect three representatives of the company, representing the three innovations in this study the basic framework - to let people know and understand that the selected front - marketing and innovation, so that customers using the traditional model no unification in the past - product innovation, customer service, so that customers with different somatosensory past service model for customers moving - a typical case of organizational innovation as research subjects in order to understand the funeral industry in today's societies; study selection out to do in the case of those ongoing business model innovation in the funeral industry, but also gives us inspiration funeral industry innovation business model, the customer has those different services. Case studies can be found innovative elements operating mode selected companies represented below are not the same, however there are parts of the same subdivision, part of which will be considered in the case of enterprises, the funeral industry environment itself belongs to the inside, to assess their resources are available how many, how many of the resources available, you can focus on innovation points are those? Funeral industry to find the most suitable business model innovation here from under comparison. After finishing the comprehensive analysis of business model innovation through the funeral, the funeral can understand the business model innovation in the nine factors have similarities and differences, and thus represent three different business model innovation funeral home owned by the respective operating mode is also there is a difference, so again not just exist in the operating mode via the analysis of the essential difference between the learned of the innovative combination of conditions and characteristics, there are also various innovative combination of individual elements focused; corollary, this Research will also be carried out in three innovative model to sort out their differences at the individual, can thus understand the differences between each mode focuses on innovative features are, their individual business models factor in the differences.
