含吡啶、醯胺、羧酸之多芽配位基過渡金屬錯化合物之合成、結構與性質研究

摘要


本論文以三個非對稱形配位基,4-oxo-4-(2-pyridylamino)butanoic acid (HL1)、4-oxo-4-(3-pyridylamino)butanoic acid (HL2)及2-Butenoic acid, 4-oxo-4-(3-pyridylamino)-,(2Z) (HL3)與二價過渡金屬塩類利用液擴養晶合成出零維、一維與二維結構的配位化合物,分別為: [M(L1)2(H2O)2]2H2O (M = Co, 1; Ni, 2; Cu, 3),{[M(L2)2(H2O)2]2H2O}∞ (M = Co, 4; Ni, 5),[M(L2)2]∞ (M = Cu, 6; Zn, 7),[HgClL2H2O]∞ (8)及[Cu2(L3)4]∞ (9)。並利用單晶X-ray繞射儀、元素分析儀、紫外-可見光譜儀及紅外光光譜儀來研究化合物1 – 9的結構與特性。L1與L2配位基可形成為G-cis與A-trans構型,而L3配位基可形成為G-cis構型。化合物1 – 3為單核零維結構,化合物4及5為一維環鏈狀結構,化合物6為一維環鏈的二維層狀結構,化合物7為一維環鏈狀結構,化合物8為一維鋸齒狀結構,而化合物9為一維多環鏈狀結構。這些化合物皆以氫鍵作用力來形成3D超分子。

A series of divalent metal complexes [M(L1)2(H2O)2]2H2O [M = Co, 1; Ni, 2; Cu, 3; HL1 = 4-oxo-4-(2-pyridylamino)butanoic acid], {[M(L2)2(H2O)2]2H2O}∞ [M = Co, 4; Ni, 5; HL2 = 4-oxo-4-(3-pyridylamino)butanoic acid], [Cu(L2)2]∞, 6, [Zn(L2)2]∞, 7, [HgCl(L2)H2O]∞, 8, and [Cu2(L3)4]∞ [HL3 = 2-butenoic acid,4-oxo-4-(3-pyridylamino)-,(2Z)], 9, have been prepared by the reactions of M(II) salts with HL1, HL2 and HL3, respectively, which have been structurally characterized by X-ray crystallography. The isomeric L1 and L2 ligands exhibit the G-cis and A-trans conformations, resulting in mononuclear structures for complexes 1 – 3, 1D chains with loops for 4, 5 and 7, 2D layers with 1D channels for 6, and 1D zigzag channels for 8. The L3 ligand shows the G-cis ligand conformation, resulting 1D chains with loops for complexes 9. All these complexes form 3D supramolecular structures through hydrogen bondings.
