應用人機互動技術於展覽服務平台

Application of human-computer interaction techniques in the exhibition service

摘要


傳統展覽設計的服務型態通常只強調空間動線設計與靜態商品展示,往往缺乏了新穎科技的導入與應用。若能夠將展覽的服務與科技產業中的互動技術的結合,則具有非常迷人的創新可能。然而,應該如何將互動技術相關科技納入展覽的考量中,其方法仍是我們需要釐清與探討的事情。近年來受各國科技產業發展重視的雲端技術,會對展覽的服務造成甚麼樣的衝擊?互動技術究竟可以幫助我們做些什麼?或是改變展覽的那些行為? 首先,透過文獻探討及系統設計,彙整互動技術與展覽之間有何交集與關聯性。接著,使用系統模型分析法對三個展覽種類的虛擬案例來探討,包括具前瞻性的展覽、充滿科技及互動方式的服務,期以說明互動技術相關科技注入後,可能對展覽造成的影響或衝擊。再經由互動技術的導入做更深入的探討,了解一般使用者的期許。最後,以互動式技術之展覽服務規劃上做說明,瞭解互動式技術如何應用。 本論文的研究成果涵盖:1.互動式技術在不同類別的展覽中,對於展覽規劃依據不同的服務需求提供了互動式技術、軟體與設備整合性,並提升智慧化精確性的兩大功能。2.由於展場所使用的互動技術費用較高,但也是未來展覽的趨勢,或許也會新增出一個其功能類似共同管溝的服務。3.互動式用技術可針對使用需求有無限或者有限的應用方式,例如,遠端連線、定位資訊、展場週邊環境,其均可納入展覽服務上。

The service of traditional exhibition design usually only emphasize on the design of spatial moving lines and the display of static goods, often lacks the introduction and application of new technology; It will be a charming innovation if we can integrate the interaction technology and the service of exhibition. However, the methodology of how to combine the interaction technology into exhibitions still requires discussion and clarification. How the cloud technology, which got attention by the national science and technology industrial in recent years, would impact the service type of exhibition? How the interaction technology benefits us? Or change the behavior of the exhibition? First of all, in literal reviews and system model, these studies collect the intersection and correlation of interaction technology and exhibition. Next, this study put the use-case of three exhibition types, forward-looking exhibition, full of technology and interactive services into discussion, hope to illustrate the influence and impact that may cause by the combination of interaction and related technologies. Furthermore, this study does more in-depth discussion by the import of interactive billboards; hope to understand the end user expectations. Finally, this study gives an introduction of the plan and implementation of interactive technology-integrated exhibition service. The expected result of this paper will cover, 1. The enhancements of intelligence and accuracy, and the integration of interactive technology,software and equipment by different service requirements of exhibition plan. 2. The service similar to utility tunnel, due to the high cost of interactive technology used in exhibition, which is the trend of exhibition in the future. 3. The Interactive technology can have unlimited or limited application methods by user demand, such as remote connection, location information, exhibitions surrounding environment, which can be included in the exhibition services
