本研究主要以台灣大學生作為研究對象,檢驗知覺價值對台灣大學生對打工度假意願與動機影響程度,再以從眾規範性與資訊性為干擾變數進而觀察打工度假動機與意願之影響。在本研究中,研究方式採問卷調查方式,以網路社群為母體發放共取得252份問卷。本研究方法採用信度分析、敘述性統計以及階層迴歸分析,將資料整合並加以驗證分析。本研究結果顯示從眾誘因規範性與資訊性有顯著性效果對台灣大學生影響但卻是負向的。 本論文研究希望能夠藉由從眾行為是否會對台灣學生對打工度假動機與意願產生正向影響,希望能夠藉由此研究讓政府與民間單位能提供更多豐富的交流平台,藉此提高台灣學生對打工度假意願與動機。
This paper selects Taiwanese college students as research objects, and attempts to identify the perceived value of working holiday as the conformity normative and informational as a moderator to effect intention and motivation of Taiwanese college students. In this study, the questionnaires are designed to approach the respondents by way of the Internet 252 effective samples were collected. This research uses the reliability analysis, descriptive statistics and regression analysis to integrate data and verified the analysis results. This research hopes to offer a positive impact upon enhancing Taiwanese college students’ motivation and intention to go on working holidays. We hoped that the finding can be useful for the government as well as the other researchers to provide them with more exchange platforms, thereby help improving the Taiwanese students’ intention and motivation to seek working holiday opportunities.
