在二十一世紀傳統產業經過通路商將產品交至消費者的手中,因應每個各個角色的貢獻度不同所得報酬也有所不同。但在工業革命開始,通路商的費用不斷的再上升,許多的廠商為了更多更好的利潤能夠創造更好的商品,開始尋求與消費者接觸的方法,而回到最傳統人與人的直接銷售模式,也是最古老的商業模式。 本論文中探討與運用的「多層次傳銷方式」企業化管理方法,在多層次傳銷管理當中,每人都希望有龐大經營者的團隊組織,來賺取龐大的領導組織的獎金。但是,成功的團隊需要有實際的技巧、專業的教育訓練、專業的知識…等等,因此,本論文以探索式的研究方法來探討運作已非常成功的「NP系統」運轉模式。 「NP系統」提供一個簡單、正確、保證能夠成功的一套模組,和良好的教育訓練課程,來引導夥伴們成功的方向。而每個人都可以藉由此系統循序漸進的改變原有的思考模式與行為模式,成為一個領導者的各種特質和能力,並能夠建立一個跨國企業的組織團隊。
In the 21st century, traditional industries deliver products to consumers through distributors, thus their rewards will be varied according to different contributions of corresponding roles. However, since the beginning of industrial revolution, the distributors’ expenses have continuously increased; therefore in order to make more and better profits, they started to seek methods to contact consumers, and returned to the traditional person-to-person direct selling mode, which is the most ancient business pattern. This study investigated and applied the enterprise management of “Multi-level Marketing (hereafter referred to as MLM)”; in addition, in MLM management, every person is hoping to have an organization with massive operators to earn a huge reward of leading organization. However, a successful team needs to have practical skill, professional educational training, professional knowledge, business culture, etc.; as a result, this study used the exploratory research method to investigate the “NP System”, a very successful operation mode. “NP System” provides a simple, correct and success guaranteed module and good educational training program to guide correspondent partners toward the direction of success. Then each partner can follow this system to gradually change the original thinking and behavioral patterns, and become a leader with various traits and abilities, as well as can build an international organization.
