數值分析應用在冷卻塔管理與設計之研究案例

摘要


本研究目標主要是在於利用數值分析方法以模擬冷卻塔系統(程序)裝置[利用外界空氣抽入塔體內與被冷卻(水)液進行熱交換之一種設置構體,統稱冷卻塔Cooling tower]改善案例應用與分析,經由本:1.擋水簾或女兒牆(擋風牆)牆高等所造成的影響、2.不同外界側風速時對冷卻塔之出風影響、3.風筒增高時對冷卻塔之出風影響、4.塔內填充材均布情形與否所造成之影響案例,5.抽風通過擋水簾前後之靜壓與速度變化、6.須有防霧化作用時抽或送風通過所產生之影響案例分析等研究案例之分析,充分證明利用近代數位科技所發展之數值模擬方法來做為企業經營環境改善或提升工程管理、風險管理預判均具有一定程度的貢獻與重要性,如:縮短研發與開創的路徑、系統(程序)裝置改善、提升工程承攬能力或縮短工時,甚至重置或誤植的情形(即風險管理預判),以降低相關承攬成本、增加獲利;換句話說,可跳躍傳統模式(即所謂之0 1的摸索過程)直接從雛型版而直接進入到修繕版階段(即所謂之1.0 1.1或…改版階段)。因此,對企業或製造業之開創路徑、研發成本、搶進先機、競爭力提升,甚至與產品資料管理(Product data management;PDM)、供應鏈建置(Supply chain building)、企業資源規劃(Enterprise resource planning;ERP)、風險管理預判等之共構或關聯結合,具有相當的利用價值工具或方法。 關鍵字:冷卻塔,擋水簾,女兒牆(擋風牆),外界側風速,風筒,填充材,防霧化

The main goal of this research is to use numerical simulation to improve the application and analysis of system (program) devices[A structure that uses outside air to be drawn into the tower body to exchange heat with the cooled (water) liquid, collectively referred to as cooling tower Cooling tower]. Through this:1.The impact caused by the height of the water curtain or the parapet (wind wall) wall, 2.The influence of different external side wind velocity on the air outlet of the cooling tower, 3.The air outlet of the cooling tower when the air cylinder is increased impact, 4.Cases of impact caused by the uniform distribution of the filling materials in the tower, 5.The static pressure and velocity changes before and after the exhaust air passes through the water curtain, 6.When the anti-fogging effect is required, the exhaust or the air is passed through. Analysis of research cases such as impact case analysis, it is fully proved that the developed numerical simulation method by modern digital technology is used as a business environment improvement or upgrade project management and risk management predictions have a certain degree of contribution and importance, such as:shortening the path of R D and creation, system (procedure) improvement, improvement of engineering contracting capabilities or shortening of working hours, or even resetting or misplanting (which is so-called risk management prediction) to reduce related contracting costs and increase profits. In other words, it can be jumped traditional mode (which is so-called 0 1 exploration process) and directly from the prototype version to the modified version (which is so-called 1.0 1.1 or…revision stage) Therefore, for enterprises or manufactures what about the path of creation, R D costs, advancement opportunities, and competitiveness enhancement, even related to product data management (PDM), supply chain building (Supply chain building), and enterprise resource planning (Enterprise Resource Planning; ERP), risk management pre-judgment and other co-construction or related combination, have considerable use value tools or methods.
