以第二代電流傳輸器設計單輸入三輸出的萬用二階電流式濾波電路

摘要


本論文採用第二代電流傳輸器為主要元件,設計萬用二階電流式濾波電路,並希望簡化主動、被動元件數目。因此採用第二代電流傳輸器(CCII)作為主動元件,設計單輸入三輸出的萬用二階濾波電路,首先將二階萬用濾波電路的轉移函數以矩陣表示,並使用主動元件特性完成其矩陣關係式。   針對本論文所提出單輸入三輸出的萬用二階濾波電路,在不需要改變電路架構下,可實現高通(High-Pass) 、帶通(Band-Pass)、低通(Low-Pass)三個基本訊號,接著透過節點電流合成實現帶拒(Notch) 、全通(All-Pass)五種濾波訊號,論文主要是以七個第二代電流傳輸器(CCII)、兩個接地電容達成萬用濾波電路之功能。   電路設計則以H-SPICE搭配TSMC 0.35 m製程參數,進行電路模擬與理論驗證,操作頻率均使用1 MHz。其模擬輸出結果具有二階萬用濾波器之特性,並以元件靈敏度傾向,進行電路最佳化情況模擬,使輸出更符合特性且趨於精準。最後,期待本論文所設計的二階萬用濾波電路能下線實際做成積體電路,並加以應用。

The thesis proposed a design of using a second-generation current conveyor as the main component, design of universal biquadratic filter, in order to simplify the active and passive component count. So we using a second-generation current conveyor (CCII) as active components, design single input and three output Universal biquadratic filter . First, the transfer function of second order universal filter circuit is represented in a matrix, and using the active element completes its characteristic matrix relationship.   For this paper, the proposed single-input and three output-purpose second-order filter circuit, without the need to change the circuit architecture can achieve high-pass, bandpass, a low-pass , three basic signal, followed by the current node to achieve with synthetic repellent, All-pass filter five kinds of signals, the paper mainly seven second-generation current conveyor (CCII), two ground capacitors to achieve universal filter .   Circuit design employing HSPICE with the TSMC 0.35 m process parameters, circuit simulation and theoretical verification, using the operating frequency of 1 MHz. The analog outputs have filters with characteristics of Universal biquadratic filter, and element sensitivity tends to be the best of the case of an analog circuit, the output tends to be more in line with the characteristics and precise. Finally, looking forward to this paper designed a second order universal filter circuit can be made offline actual integrated circuit, and apply it.
