以兩個第二代電流傳輸器或運算轉導放大器設計二階電流式低通、帶通及高通濾波電路

摘要


本論文主要是實現一個二階低通、帶通及高通的濾波器電路。類比濾波器是以簡化電路以及準確的輸出信號為首要目的,故本研究以此為目標所提出的設計方法,首先將二階濾波器的轉移函數以矩陣來表示,並且使用主動元件特性來完成矩陣關係式。 電路中的主動元件採用電流式主動元件:第二代電流傳輸器 (Second-generation Current Conveyor,簡稱CCII)和(Operational Transconductance Amplifier,OTA),設計電路首要目標為簡化電路和精準信號,並且比較兩個電路的模擬結果。 完成設計的電路以1MHz為操作頻率,並以電路模擬軟體H-SPICE使用TSMC 0.35μm製程進行模擬與理論驗證。探討電路輸出信號不精準因素,將被動元件值進行理論調整來改善誤差。

In this study, the main achievement of second-order low-pass, band-pass and high-pass filter circuit.Analog filter circuit is simplified and accurate output siginal for the design considerations, this study as a goal of the proposed design method, the second-order low-pass, band-pass and high-pass filter circuit transfer function is represented in matrix model and use initiative to complete the matrix element characteristic relationship. The main active components in the circuit uses two special current-mode active element: CCII and OTA, and the primary purpose is simplified the circuit, accurate output siginal for designing the circuit, then compare the simulation results of both circuit The circuit design is completed for the operating frequency of 1MHz And Hspice software uses TSMC035μm process for circuit simulation, and discuss circuit output siginal is not precise factors.
