本研究旨在探討桃園市軍訓教官工作投入、休閒参與與幸福感之現況,分析不同背景變項之差異及相關情形,並探討三者因果徑路關係及休閒参與的中介效果。本研究採問卷調查法,以桃園市33所公立高級中學,共189位高中公(私)立軍訓教官作為本研究母群體,以普查方試進行實施問卷調查,以「軍訓教官工作投入、休閒参與與幸福感關係問卷」為研究工具實施調查。資料處理以描述性統計、平均數考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關與SEM結構方程模式等統計方法進行資料分析。本研究結果歸納如下: ㄧ、桃園市軍訓教官工投入現況達到「中高」的程度:軍訓教官休閒参與 現況達到「中高」的程度:軍訓教官幸福感現況達到「高」的程度。 二、不同背景變項之受試者對軍訓教官工作投入、休閒参與與幸福感有所 差異。 三、軍訓教官工作投入與休閒参與為負相關:軍訓教官休閒参與與幸福感 之關係為中度正相關:軍訓教官工作投入與幸福感彼此呈現顯著中度 負相關。 四、軍訓教官工作投入、休閒参與與幸福感間具有因果關係,休閒参與是 軍訓教官工作投入與幸福感的中介變項。
The purpose of this study is to explore the current status of work input, leisure participation and well-being of military training instructors in Taoyuan City, analyze the differences and related situations of different background variables, and explore the causal relationship between the three and the mediating effect of leisure participation. This research adopts a questionnaire survey method, using 33 public (private) senior high schools in Taoyuan City, a total of 189 high school public (private) military training instructors as the mother group of this research. The questionnaire on the relationship between work engagement, leisure participation and well-Being is used as a research tool to conduct surveys. There is a causal relationship between military training instructors' work engagement, leisure participation and happiness.
