基於影像處理技術自動調整車內照後鏡控制系統

摘要


本論文提出一個新的系統,利用影像處理技術自動調整車內照後鏡,不僅可以加入現在的系統,也會讓操作更方便。   我們將會介紹如何運用影像處理技術控制伺服馬達,整個研究分成四個部分,首先,我們會先啟動裝在儀表板的網路攝影機並把影片截取成後續影像處理的圖像,第二部分我們將會對截取的圖像做影像處理,用Viola-Jones的方法找出眼睛的特徵之後定位駕駛的眼睛,如此一來,我們就可以得知眼睛中心點在圖像中的座標,第三部分,我們將會建構資料庫,接著把圖像分成數個方格,在資料庫中,每個方格會對應伺服馬達不同的角度,最後,系統會針對圖像辨識的結果比對資料庫,伺服馬達的角度就可以依據眼睛的位置做轉動並達到自動調整照後鏡的效果。   本篇論文的研究結果貢獻如下: 1. 更方便有效率: 比起傳統的方式,我們提出的系統在操作上不僅更方便也更有效率。 2. 緊急情況下的安全性: 如果我們駕車在路上才發現照後鏡的角度不適合,而我們需要立即調整照後鏡時,我們只需啟動這個系統,同時仍然繼續專注於前方的路況。

This thesis proposes a new design scheme by using the technique of images processing to adjust the rearview-mirror autoomatically instead of the current system. Furthermore, it make the operation more convenient. In this thesis, we will introduce how to control the servo motor with the technique of images processing. This study is divided into four parts. In the first part, we will start up the webcam, which is set up on the instrument cluster , and intercept films into images for the subsequent image processing. In the second parts, we will do image processing to the intercepted images by using Viola-Jones to find and determine the position of driver’s eyes so that we can define the coordinate of the middle of eyes in the images. In the third part, we build data-base by dividing the image into 20x20 box and each box has a corresponding angle of servo motor. In the last part, the results of identification will be compared with the data-base we built and the angle of servo motor can be determined by the position of eyes and drive the motor to control rearview-mirror automatically. In this thesis, the contribution of our research are as follows: 1. More convenience and efficiency : Compared with traditional way, the system we propose is more convenience and more fast in use. 2. More secure in an emergency situation : If we want to adjust the rearview-mirror immediately when we are driving on the road, we only need to start the system and still concentrate on the traffic conditions ahead.
