應用於尿路結石復發預防之鈣離子檢測系統

摘要


在早期,能量測生理訊號的設備僅限於醫療場所中,在特定地方所使用的專業醫療設備,然而隨著訊號處理技術的發展,加上感測器的研製,許多生理訊號量測設備都已逐漸發展成為可在居家環境中普遍使用的保健設備,使便利性和實用性大幅提升。 現代人因為生活習慣或工作緣故的關係,忽略喝水的重要性,但其發生率及治療後的復發率相當高,並且治療後需要定期追蹤,本研究針對形成尿路結石成分之一的參數-鈣離子進行檢測,測量之感測器是以玻璃為基材,鍍上氧化銦錫(Indium tin oxide)後,分別再鍍上二氧化錫(Tin oxide, SnO2)與氮化鈦(Titanium nitride,TiN)進行測量。經測量後使用二氧化錫的製成之感測器讀出電壓的靈敏度與線性度分別為28.169mV/pCa、98.08%。 希望能設計一平台,能夠監測患者生理狀況的尿液檢測儀,讓患者平時就能簡易操作,藉由非侵入式的量測儀器來監測個人身體健康狀況,當身體有微恙時,能夠提醒患者注意平時飲水用量,或是改善生活習慣,降低罹患結石或復發的機率,減少醫療上的資源浪費,而定點照護使得實用性增加,進而達到預防勝於治療的實現目標。

In the early days, the equipment for measuring physiological signals was limited to medical equipment used in specific places, but with the development of signal processing technology, coupled with the development of sensors, many physiological signal measurement equipment has gradually developed into point of care, everyone can take measurement by himself at home, so that convenience and practicality are greatly improved. Modern people because of living habits or jobs, ignoring the importance of drinking water, but the stone incidence and recurrence after the treatment is quite high, and need for regular tracking after the treatment, the study for the ingredient of urinary tract stone, find out the composition of one of the parameters is Calcium ion, so we have to observe calcium ions of the urine. The measurement of the sensor is based on glass, coated with indium tin oxide, then plated on tin oxide (SnO2) and titanium nitride (TiN) respectively. The sensitivity and linearity of the sensor made by using tin dioxide were 28.169 mV / pCa, 98.08%. The purpose is to establish a platform to monitor the physiological condition of the patient's by urine, it is a noninvasive measurement, when the body is slightly sick, it can remind patients to pay attention to drinking the amount of water, or improve lifestyle, reduce the risk of suffering from stones, and avoid wasting the medical resources.
