餐飲計時人員工作滿足對離職傾向因素之研究—以高雄S高職餐飲科學生為例

摘要


本研究主要在探討高中職學生餐飲計時人員工作滿足對離職傾向之影響,目的是希望能了解此階段的計時人員工作滿足與離職傾向之間的相關性,從中得到相關資訊並提供往後人資管理與相關業者作為日後人力資源經營之參考。 本研究利用便利抽樣法與雪球抽樣法的方式,以針對高雄S高職餐飲科學生進行問卷發放,共發放300份,回收300份,回收率達100%。工作滿足量表現況分析中包含以下三種層面:一般滿足、內在滿足、外在滿足。在依研究與經過現況分析得到排序分別為:內在滿足、外在滿足、一般滿足。此外,三種層面分別對離職傾向皆有相關差異性。在人口統計變項中研究顯示,學制與年資對離職傾向有關聯性。在工作滿足三種層面中,研究顯示薪資對一般滿足與內在滿足有所顯著,工作年資對內在滿足與外在滿足有所顯著。本研究以此結果提出具體建議,並提供給人力資源相關業者做為參考。

This research aims for investigating the impact on resignation intention of the high school catering part-time worker via the satisfaction on the work. The objective is to realize correlation between satisfaction of work and designation intention in this specific part-time period. Obtain the relevant information to the management of the human resource for a future reference. In this research, using convenient sampling and snowball sampling method, issued the questionnaire on the Kaohsiung S Vocational high school catering students, issuing a total of 300 copies, reclaiming 300 copies. The analysis shows that there are three kinds of levels on the satisfaction of work as below: general satisfaction; intrinsic satisfaction and extrinsic satisfaction. Based on the current situation, sequences are the following: intrinsic satisfaction, extrinsic satisfaction and the general satisfaction. In addition, respectively, there are some relevant differences to the designation intention as the three different levels. Demographic studies have shown that the school system and the working years are related to designation intention, too. And the research had shown that the salary has been playing an important role on the general satisfaction and the intrinsic satisfaction. Beside, the working years are more significant for the intrinsic satisfaction and extrinsic satisfaction. In this research, is to propose some specific recommendations as reference for the human resource industry.
