本研究從人口統計變數與工作經驗,來探討七年級生的工作價值觀與觀光餐旅產業就業意願間的關係,亦在探討觀光餐旅科系七年級生人口統計變數與工作經驗在工作價值觀上的差異、工作經驗在觀光餐旅產業就業意願上的差異情況。 研究樣本為民國70 年以後出生之專科以上觀光餐旅相關科系的技職體系學生,抽樣範圍為高屏地區,採便利抽樣方式,有效回收問卷為723 份。 問卷內容包括:工作價值觀、觀光餐旅產業就業意願、個人背景資料。有效問卷,以描述性統計、獨立樣本t 檢定、單因子變異數分析及多元迴歸進行統計分析。 研究結果得知女性、二專生、無實習經驗及有相關觀光餐旅打工經驗者對工作價值觀的構面較重視,而家庭社經地位對工作價值觀也有差異,研究結果亦得知有打工經驗及有相關觀光餐旅打工經驗者有較高的意願未來在觀光餐旅產業就業,且七年級生工作價值觀對觀光餐旅產業就業意願具相關性。此外,本研究列有建議及討論事項。
The purpose of this study, first, was to examine the relationship of the work values and tourism and hospitality employment willingness among those who were born after year 1981 in tourism and hospitality industry. Second, this study was to explore the differences of the demographic variables and the work experiences in the work values. Third, this study was to examine the differences of the work experiences in tourism and hospitality employment willingness. The samples were the students in the tourism and hospitality colleges who were born after year 1981.The range was students of the tourism and hospitality departments in Kaohsiung and Pin-Tong areas. Convenience samples were employed through the questionnaire. There were 723 valid questionnaires. The variables examined including the work values, tourism and hospitality employment willingness, demographic variables and work experiences. Statistical techniques were taken with descriptive statistic, T-test, ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. The result of this study indicated that demographic variables and work experiences were significantly associated with work values, and work experiences were significantly associated with employment willingness in tourism and hospitality industry. Furthermore, work values among the 80’s generation were associated with employment willingness in tourism and hospitality industry.
