本研究以國際觀光旅館餐廳員工為研究對象,分析員工在工作過程中的組織政治知覺、工作滿意與組織公民行為的關聯性。以問卷調查法蒐集資料,針對十間國際觀光旅館發出400份問卷,共回收283份有效問卷,問卷有效回收率為70.75%,並以SPSS12.0統計軟體進行資料分析。研究結果顯示餐旅業員工的組織政治知覺及工作滿意會影響其組織公民行為;此外,也發現組織政治知覺同樣會對員工的工作滿意造成影響。 本研究以SPSS進行變數間的關係分析,發現三變數中的部分構面呈顯著相關。組織政治知覺構面對工作滿意及組織公民行為構面多為負向影響;工作滿意構面對組織公民行為構面之間,部份呈正向影響,部份為負向影響。理論上,可以證實國際觀光旅館餐廳員工之組織政治知覺及工作滿意對其組織公民行為表現的影響性;實務上,可以應用本研究結果於餐飲產業人力資源管理上。 根據研究發現與結論,針對實務管理、後續相關研究提出相關的具體建議。
This research studied on the employees in International tourst hotel reataurant, analyzed the relationship among the perceptions of organizational politics, the job satisfaction and the organizational citizenship behavior. This research is based on questionnaire investigation, 400 questionnaires were distributed to 10 International tourist hotels and 283 effective were collected. The percentage of effective collection is 70.75%. The SPSS12.0 statistic software were used to analyze the data. The result of the survey showed that the perceptions of organizational politics and the job satisfaction affect the organizational citizenship behavior of the employees in International tourst hotel restrurant. Besides, it found out that the perceptions of organizational politics also influences the satisfaction job for employees. This survey used SPSS to do the correlation analysis between the variables and learned the noticeable relation of 3 variables. The perceptions of organizational politics have negative affect on the job satisfaction and the organizational citizenship behavior. The relation between the constructions of the job satisfaction and the constructions of the organizational citizenship behavior mostly has the positive influence. Theoretically, it could approve the perceptions of organizational politics and the satisfaction of working affect the organizational citizenship behavior. Practically, this research could apply to the human resource management in International tourst hotel restaurant.
