家長對子女就讀素食幼稚園行為意圖之研究

摘要

放眼國際，全球暖化危機迫在眉睫，如何減緩溫室氣體之排放，已成為各國政府所關切的課題。目前多所國中小學已實施一周一素食響應「少吃肉，讓地球降溫！」，節能減碳的概念落實在生活中。因此，本研究試圖 : (1)找出影響家長對子女就讀素食幼稚園行為意圖的相關因素，以及各項因素對行為意圖的影響效果。(2)比較不同個人特質的家長在就讀素食幼稚園行為意圖上之差異性。(3)比較不同幼稚園的家長在就讀素食幼稚園行為意圖上之差異性。由高雄地區幼稚園的實證研究中發現 : (1)家長的「態度」、「主觀規範」與「知覺行?控制」對就讀素食幼稚園「行為意圖」皆有顯著的正向影響，其中以「知覺行為控制」影響最大，態度次之，主觀規範較小。(2)公、私立幼稚園的家長在就讀素食幼稚園行為意圖上的差異並不顯著。(3)除了「小孩數」、「宗教」之外，不同「性別」、「年齡」、「職業」與「家庭月所得」的家長，在就讀素食幼稚園行為意圖上無顯著的差異。

Global warming crisis is looming without borders. It has become a focal topic of concern to the governments that how to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Many schools have implemented the idea of carbon reduction in life "eat less meat, so to cool the planet!" and have vegetarian meals once a week .The purpose of this study is to find out the correlations which can determine parents’ intentions of selecting vegetarian kindergartens and the influence of each factor on behavioral intentions. Therefore, I also compare the intentions of the vegetarian kindergartens among parents of different personal traits. And then I compare the intentions of selecting vegetarian kindergartens among different kindergarten parents. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations for kindergartens are made for reference. Data were collected from 400 parents in Kaohsiung area .The results are as follows: Parents’ attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control have positive effects on behavioral intention toward vegetarian kindergartens, with perceived behavioral control having the greatest influence. Furthermore, the differences on behavioral intentions toward vegetarian kindergartens between private and public kindergartens are not significant.Finally,the differences of the number of children in a family and the religion of parents are significant in behavioral intentions .
