國內教育界責無旁貸地要為國家培育優秀的餐旅人力資源,使得餐旅界能夠和國家的其他產業一同升級,甚至起帶頭作用。本研究係以計畫行為理論為基礎,用於預測高職學生未來升學選讀餐飲科(系)行為意向的適切性;分析影響學生選讀餐飲科(系)行為意向的主要因素為何;藉以發現有效輔導學生之實施策略。本研究針對臺北市某高職餐飲科學生完成444份問卷調查,結果顯示高職學生對選讀餐飲科(系)的態度、行為控制能顯著地預測其行為意向;對選讀餐飲科(系)的行為信念、結果評價之交叉乘積和與態度之間有顯著相關;對選讀餐飲科(系)的規範信念、依從動機之交叉乘積和與主觀規範之間有顯著相關;對選讀餐飲科(系)的控制信念、控制能力之交叉乘積和與行為控制之間有顯著相關。本研究結果或許可提供教育相關單位與人士對於輔導高職餐飲科學生未來升學選讀餐飲科(系)行為時參考。
Hospitality and tourism education in Taiwan developed rapidly in recent years. But there are few researches about students’ behavioral intention to enter to higher dining departments. The purpose of this study is to understand what factors will influences students’ such intention. In this study, Ajzen’s Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) was used into a private high school in Taipei. There are 596 students studying in hospitality department. This survey collected 444 efficient questionnaires. The statistical results showed that TPB is useful, attitudes and perceived behavioral control are indeed could predict subjects’ intention on choosing higher hospitality departments in colleges or universities. Although subjective norm does not have impact on behavioral intention, it still is a theorical factor to use. The results of this study are perhaps related to the provision of education for vocational students focusing on higher hospitality departments.
