越南新娘在台灣生活的角色衝突、休閒阻礙與休閒活動參與之研究

摘要

本研究主旨在了解不同屬性下越南新娘在台生活的角色衝突、休閒阻礙與休閒活動參與之關係；以人口統計分配、角色衝突、休閒阻礙與休閒活動參與之現況分析；本研究中採用問卷調查法與深度訪談法。調查內容為四個部分，分別是:角色衝突量表、休閒阻礙量表、休閒活動參與量表、以及個人基本資料，調查對象為425 位越南新娘。根據實際調查所得資料，以描述性統計、單因子變異數分析、雪菲爾事後多重比較分析、皮爾森積差相關等統計方法，進行資料分析。探討越南新娘角色衝突與休閒阻礙有相關性、休閒阻礙與休閒活動參與有相關性、以及角色衝突對於休閒活動參與有相關性。本研究以問卷分析出來的結果顯示，（一）越南新娘的屬性對角色衝突、休閒阻礙、休閒活動參與具有部分顯著性差異；（二）越南新娘的角色衝突與休閒阻礙有正相關性；（三）越南新娘的角色衝突與休閒活動參與有正相關性；（四）越南新娘的休閒阻礙與休閒活動參與有正相關性。最後本研究能提出改善的方法，克服越南新娘的角色衝突與休閒阻礙因素，希望對越南新娘的休閒生活有所幫助。

The purpose of this study is to acquire an understanding of the relations among role conflict, leisure constraints and leisure activity participating for Vietnamese brides life in
Taiwan. This study analyzed the results of a questionnaire designed interview outline, in-depth understanding of Vietnamese brides life in Taiwan are facing life challenges, related role conflict, leisure constraints, and leisure activity participating, also hope to understand the
Vietnamese brides on demand for leisure and patterns of behavior. Data were collected and analyzed by using descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, multiple comparisons after analysis of Sheffield, Pearson's correlation. The findings of this study showed that: 1. Vietnamese brides attributes has partially positive impact on role conflict, leisure constraints and leisure activity participating; 2. Vietnamese brides role conflict has a positive impact on
leisure constraints; 3. Leisure constraints has also a positive impact for participation in leisure activities; 4. Role conflict has a positive impact for participation in leisure activities. This research can make to improve the ways to overcome conflict and the role of Vietnamese
brides’ leisure obstacles. Finally, this study hopes to help Vietnamese brides’ leisure life.
