以HLM探討辦桌從業人員之工作績效:以綠色環保為調節變項

摘要


近年來環保趨勢逐漸成為各個產業重視的焦點,台灣特有的辦桌產業文化因其產業特性,故在投入環保認知的訓練上較一般餐飲業來說起步較晚。本研究欲以多層次分析方式探討辦桌產業員工工作投入對工作績效之影響,並導入綠色環保觀點之角度,觀察員工是否會因為團隊對重視綠色環保的調節作用,而激勵對工作投入之員工使員工以工作為榮,進而發展出良好之工作績效。 本研究採問卷調查法,共回收234份問卷,使用敘述性統計、信度分析、相關分析、驗證性因素分析、結構方程模式與階層線性模型,分析工作績效的影響要素。研究結果發現,(1) 辦桌從業人員之工作之投入對組織公民行為有正向影響。(2) 辦桌從業人員對組織公民行為與工作績效間有正向影響。(3) 辦桌從業人員個人層次工作之投入會透過員工之組織公民行為影響其工作績效,為一中介模式。(4) 辦桌業者重視食材環保對辦桌從業人員的工作投入與工作績效越佳。(5) 辦桌業者對綠色環保越重視對辦桌從業人員不會對工作績效有正向直接影響效果。

The trend of Green environmental protection in recent years has become the emphatic focus in various industries. Owing to the unique industrial and cultural characteristics in Taiwan, the Banzhuo industry put into the cognitive training on Green environmental protection which is slower than other hospitality industry did. This research using HLM explores the impact of employees’ job involvement on job performance in Banzhuo industry, and plus the Green Environmental Protection point of view. By observe employees, the organization attention on Green Environmental Protection as the moderating factor , motivation to employees are proud to job and developed a good job performance. The questionnaire survey, 234 questionnaires were collected, using descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation modeling and hierarchical linear model to analyze the impact of job performance factors. The results showed that (1) Job involvement are positive impact on organizational citizenship behavior. (2) Organizational citizenship behavior are positive impact on job performance. (3) The individual level through the employee of organizational citizenship behaviors affect their job performance, as an intermediate model. (4) Job involvement and job performance are better, because Manager focus on GEP1. (5) Focus on Green Environmental Protection are no direct impact on job performance.
