本研究旨在了解南投縣埔里鎮國民小學推展新住民子女教育政策實施之影響因素。本研究採用問卷調查法,以「南投縣埔里鎮新移民子女教育政策執行與成效」進行資料蒐集。問卷調查對象為南投縣公立國民小學導師。本研究共寄發208 份問卷,其中有效問卷187份,可用率為89.9%,所得資料利用平均數、次數分配、獨立樣本 t考驗相關等統計方法進行分析。 根據統計分析結果,提出結論如下: 一、國小導師對於新住民子女教育政策執行影響因素之知覺,以政策本身影響最高;以標的團體影響程度最低。 二、國小導師對於新住民子女教育政策執行成效之知覺,以尊重差異成效最高;以認識多元文化差異成效最低。 三、不同學校規模之國小導師,對新住民子女教育政策執行影響因素的知覺,有顯著性差異。 四、不同教育背景之國小導師,對新住民子女教育政策執行影響因素的知覺,有顯著性差異。 五、反標籤化、新住民教育需求、教材與課程、政策資訊宣導是現場教師最關心的問題。 針對上述研究結論,對相關單位及後續者提供建議,以供推行新住民教育之參考。
The main purpose of the study was to explore the factors of new residents’education policy in elementary school of puli town in Nantou. By adopting questionnaire survey researoh,208 questionnaires were sentto public lementary schools homeroom teachers in Nantou,The rate of retrievewas 89.9%,and the total valid amples were 187.The collected date were analyzedby mean, frenquency distribution, independent sample t-test, pearson product moment correction.Conclusions were as the followings : 1. The homeroom teachers of the elementary schools perceived a moderate levelFactors on the new residents’ education policy implementation. The maximum of influential foctors was the policy of new residents’ education, and the minimum the target group. 2. The homeroom teachers of the elementary schools perceived a moderate level on the implementation of new residents’ education policy. The highest level of influential factors was to respect the differences of diverse culture, and lowest the effect of learning cultural differences. 3. The percepted degree on the implementation of new residents’ education policy was significantly different among homeroom teachers who come from different schools with varing in amoun of students. 4. Anti-labeling, the educational needs of new residents, teaching materials and curriculum, and policy advocacy information were most concerned about on-site teachers. Finally, suggestions for the reference of the education stakeholders and the Follow-up researchers were offered.
