身體活動課程對原住民Kobah部落高齡者健康促進之影響

摘要


本研究目的是在瞭解身體活動課程對原住民Kobah部落高齡者健康促進之影響。設計8次老人活動課程;每單元活動時間 120 分鐘,合計為960分鐘。研究目的包括: 一、 了解積極參與身體活動課程的高齡者所感受之健康益處。 二、 探討身體活動課程參與後,身體疾病是否得到改善。 三、 探討高齡者身體活動課程參與行為。 四、 探討身體活動課程參與的學習方式與感受。 本研究採質性研究的方法,以10位南投縣仁愛鄉Kobah部落55歲以上部落的原住民高齡者為研究對象,並進行深度訪談,經統整分析口述資料及8次課程觀察記錄與成員訪談結果分析其效益後,得到研究結論如下: 一、 Kobah部落高齡者參與此次身體活動(運動)課程主要的目的在追求讓自己身體更健康或減輕體重,有70%的長者都覺得上完課程後身體都有改善,回家後也按照課程所學習到的知識與技巧開始運動,也覺得因為參與此次身體活動(運動)感到正向的意念與自信心,得到正面的效果(如附錄五)。 二、 Kobah部落高齡者在參與身體活動課程上課前,跟最後一次課程後量測比較結果發現,長輩們在體重、體脂肪、內臟脂肪、肌肉量、骨量、基礎代謝率、新陳代謝年齡、水分、高血壓等,感受到有改善 (如附錄四)。 三、 Kobah部落高齡者參加身體活動(運動)課程中認真、專注與投入,表示喜歡參加此次課程,希望以後可以繼續上課,願意在上身體活動課程後完成每次教師交代要完成的進度,為了自身健康,也開始培養每周3~7次,每次10~50分鐘不等規律運動的習慣,例如走路、慢跑、健走、爬山等。 四、 Kobah部落高齡者參加身體活動(運動)課程,所有參與課程的高齡者都表示在學習時心情都感到非常開心,也能從中學習到許多以前不知道的健康知識與技能。

The purpose of this study is to understand the impact of physical activity courses on the health promotion of the elderly in the Kobah tribe of the indigenous people. Design 8 activity courses for the elderly; the activity time of each unit is 120 minutes, totaling 960 minutes. Research objectives include: 1. The main reasons for the Kobah tribe's senior citizens to participate in this physical activity (exercise) course are based on the goal of making themselves healthier or reducing weight. 70% of the elderly feel that their bodies have improved after the course. After home, I started to exercise according to the knowledge and skills learned in the course. I also felt that I felt positive thinking and self-confidence because of participating in this physical activity (exercise), and I got a positive effect (see Appendix 5). (The other 30% of the elders are those who usually exercise habit, so there is no obvious difference) 2. Before taking part in the physical activity class, the elderly in Kobah tribe compared with the measurement after the last class. The results showed that the elders had weight, body fat, visceral fat, muscle mass, bone mass, basal metabolic rate, metabolic age, and water content. , High blood pressure, etc., feel improved (as in Appendix 4). 3. Elderly people from Kobah tribe participated in the physical activity (exercise) course with earnestness, focus, and devotion. They expressed their interest in participating in this course and hoped to continue the class in the future. They are willing to complete the progress that the teacher explained each time after the physical activity course. Be healthy, and start to cultivate the habit of regular exercise, such as walking, jogging, walking, climbing, etc., 3 to 7 times a week, 10 to 50 minutes each time. 4. Elderly people from the Kobah tribe participated in physical activity (exercise) courses. All the senior people who participated in the course expressed that they felt very happy while studying, and they could also learn many health knowledge and skills that they did not know before. This research adopts qualitative research methods, taking 10 senior aboriginal people from the Kobah tribe of Renai Township, Nantou County, over 55 years old as the research objects, and conducting in-depth interviews.After comprehensively analyzing the oral data, 8 course observation records and the results of member interviews to analyze its benefits, the research conclusions are as follows: 1. Elderly people from Kobah tribe gained positive results after taking physical activity classes. 2. After Kobah tribe elderly people took physical activity courses, their chronic diseases were effectively controlled. 3. Elderly people from Kobah tribe are very engaged in physical activity classes and enjoy sports. 4. Physical activity (exercise) makes Kobah tribe elderly people happy.
