慢活實踐經驗之探討:前導研究之觀點

A pilot study of exploration to the slow practicers' experiences.

摘要


本研究旨在探討慢活實踐者在生活中如何去超越現代快速的社會以及高壓力的環境所造成的心理困擾與身體疾病,對於慢活實踐者本身,回顧自己的成長與收穫,以及探索人們實踐慢活後產生的正面影響與改變。 本研究採用質性研究中的深度訪談法蒐集資料,共訪談四位慢活實踐者,訪談後針對所蒐集到的資料進行分析,並綜合歸納整理四位研究參與者訪談資料之異同,並呈現之。研究結果呈現如下: 一、影響人們實踐慢活的因素如下: 在個人特質的牽引方面,包含正向樂觀的態度及平凡、不求頂尖的慾望,這些特質牽引慢活實踐者實踐慢活;在生活品質的期許方面,慢活實踐者有低成本高效益的想法、希冀身心健康;在生命廣度的反思方面,影響生命經驗的重要質素與力量,包含看重過程而非結果,以及較具生命反思能力。 二、實踐慢活的方式如下: 多元的慢活實踐方式包括:調整步伐、改變心態、觀察生活、認識自己、設定目標、時間管理、運動與宗教哲理;在實踐慢活就在一念之間方面,如同生活禪一樣,是一種人間修行的法則,歸納為自己的體會與選擇、轉換角度則問題迎刃而解、與外界接觸的開放心態。 三、實踐慢活帶給人們的影響與轉變如下: 在實踐慢活帶給人們促發深層自我的實現方面,實踐慢活的經驗,可以促使自尊需求與自我實現需求感到滿足;在實踐慢活帶給人們高峰經驗方面則讓個體發現流露獨特自我的顛峰狀態,包含自由自在、放鬆、貼近自己內心三種感受。 最後,研究者根據上述研究結果加以討論,並根據此結果提供個人參考,並建議心理諮商與專業助人者、社區企業機構提供服務之參考,以及未來研究之參考依據。

This study aimed to investigate slowness practicers in life how to go beyond modern rapid social and high-pressure environment of psychological distress and physical illness, for slowness practicers, recalling their own growth and harvest, and to explore the positive effects and change arising from practicing slowness. This study used qualitative research in-depth interviews to collect information, a total of four practicers interviews, after interviews with collect the information for analysis, and to sum up the similarities and differences of the four participants in the interviews information. The results show as follows: 1.The factors of affecting people to practice slowness: In the personal qualities guidance respect, contains positive optimistic attitude and extraordinary, no desire for the top, these qualities guide people practice slowness;in the life quality respect, slowness practicers have a cost-effective idea, hope that the good health;in the reflections on the breadth of life respect, influencing important quality and strength of life experience, including valueing the process but not result, and relatively poccessing the life reflect ability. 2.The ways to practice slowness: The multi ways to practice slowness include: adjust the paces, change the mindset, observe life, know oneself, set up goal, time management, the movement and religious; in the practicing slowness on the go respect, like deep meditaion of life, it is a rule of practicing moral teachings in the world, sum up for one’s own experience and choice, easily solved problems once changing the angle, and open-mindedness. 3.Practicing slowness bring people impacts and changes: In the practicing slowness bring people self-fulfillment respect, practicing slowness experience can impel self-respect demand satisfy and self-fulfillment; in the practicing slowness bring people peaks experience respect, let individuals find that reveal unique self-peaks state, include freely, relax, and close to cockles of the heart. Finally, according to the results of the study to discuss, to provide personal information, and to suggest counseling professional people, communities, business, institutions and future studies information.
