摘要

智慧的展現可以增進美好生活，卓越的領導能提昇團隊績效，這兩者對社會皆有其重要性。教練在運動團隊中扮演重要的角色，透過教練展現領導智慧將能帶領團隊達成組織目標，並可促進成員正面的人生發展。然而，鮮少在運動領域中見到教練與領導智慧相關之研究，因此，本研究以領導與智慧所帶來的正面影響為篩選研究參與者的條件，選定獲得2004年至2009年臺灣體育菁英獎與2006年至2010年教育部優秀教練獎的25位優秀教練為研究參與者，並以半結構式訪談針對教練在領導歷程中所展現的智慧與領導風格進行探究。研究結果顯示，透過分析與評分的方式確定研究參與者於領導團隊的歷程中有展現領導智慧。進一步針對智慧事件進行分析、整理與歸納後，將34件智慧事件分為四大面向。大體而言，教練展現智慧的方式應證了智慧是透過個人在思想上的整合，將想法付諸實踐後，為自己、選手及運動團隊帶來正面影響之歷程。具體而言，教練的領導風格主要為權變領導，最常用的領導方式有以身作則、權威、轉化、關懷與願景領導。

Coach plays an important role in team sport. The wisdom coaches manifested in leading their teams can promote sport spirit and team performance. However, few studies investigate wisdom manifested by coaches in leading their teams. This study interviewed award-wining coaches for the wisdom they manifested in leading their teams. Twenty-five outstanding coaches who had won Taiwan Sports Elite Awards in 2004 to 2009 and Ministry of Education Coaching Award in 2006 to 2010 received semi-structure interviews for their wisdom and leadership style. These interview transcripts were analyzed and rated for wisdom. The results show that coaches manifested wisdom which corresponded with their conceptions of wisdom. The thirty-five wisdom events categorized to four forms of coaching-related wisdom, and these findings confirm that wisdom is a process which in cludes integration, embodiment, and positive effects for self and others. Furthermore, contingency leadership is found to be the leadership style adopted by most coaches. Coaches also led by example, authoritarian leadership, transformative leadership, caring leadership, and visionary leadership.
