TFT-LCD產業聚落內組織間合作對創新之影響-比較科學園區群聚與合作的干擾效果

Intra-Cluster Collaboration and Innovation Performance in TFT-LCD Industrial Cluster:The Moderating Effects of Agglomeration of Science Park and Collaborations

摘要

由於政府推動「北IC、南光電」兩兆雙星計畫，致力將台灣光電產業推向世界舞台，因此本研究針對光電產業群聚裡的廠商間，不同的合作模式對創新績效有何影響，再進一步探討廠商位於群聚內或群聚外所扮演的干擾角色是否存在。
本研究以發放問卷方式來收集資料，母體選擇以TFT-LCD的相關產業廠商為樣本。問卷內容之設計根據過去文獻，問卷設計分為創新資源、供應商/顧客合作、大學/研究機構合作、政府合作、競爭者合作、等構面，總計有效問卷為110份，科學園區內廠商收錄82家、科學園區外廠商收集28家，以SPSS統計軟體進行迴歸分析。
研究結果顯示TFT-LCD廠商與顧客/供應商合作及政府合作對創新績效有正向顯著影響；位於科學園區內的群聚效果對於廠商各種合作模式與創新績效之間的關係不存在著干擾效果，而TFT-LCD廠商與顧客/供應商合作所帶來的創新績效，會受到「廠商與競爭者的合作關係」與「廠商與政府的合作關係」的強化效果，另外，TFT-LCD廠商與政府的合作所帶來的創新績效，會受到與「廠商與顧客/供應商合作關係」、「廠商與大學/研究機構的合作關係」的強化效果。

Due to the governmental plan“Two Trillion and Twin Star Industries Development Plan”, the government devotes to pushing Taiwan electro-optic industry to the global stage. Therefore, this research is focus on finding what kind of cooperation patterns will influence to the innovation performance, and further, will discuss two moderating roles which are in the agglomeration and off the agglomeration does exist or not.
Relevant materials are collected by releasing questionnaires. The parent takes relevant electro-optic industry’s’ manufacturers of TFT-LCD as samples. The source comes from appendix of Hsin-Chu Science Industrial Park manufacturer list and other manufacturers of outside the agglomeration. Additionally, the design of the questionnaire is according to past literatures and hypothesis, and is divided into six parts including compositions, innovation resources, suppliers/customers cooperation, university /institutions cooperation, the government cooperation and competitors’ cooperation. After collecting there are 110 valid questionnaires which are 82 questionnaires from those manufacturers in the Science Park and 28 questionnaires from outside the Science Park. Finally, these data are analyzed by SPSS.
The result indicates that there is a significant positive influence on TFT-LCD manufacturer’s innovation performance when they cooperate with suppliers/customers and government. The moderating role of in the agglomeration doesn’t impact on both the manufacturer’s several cooperation patterns and the innovation performance. The innovation performance of the TFT-LCD manufacturer cooperating with the customers/suppliers will be strengthened the effect by collaborating with competitors and government. Besides, the innovation performance of the TFT-LCD manufacturer cooperating with government will be strengthened the effect by collaborating with customers/suppliers and university/institutions.
