教育實習階段問題導向因應策略建構之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討教育實習階段之師培問題並嘗試建構出可行之因應策略。依據本研究之歸納,師培問題可分為教育實習時數過短、實習學生角色定位混亂、實習計畫書不夠周延、實習輔導教師之遴選、培訓與認證制度不完善、實習學生態度不佳及實習輔導教師與實習學生之配合不密切等六項問題,將這些問題融入教育實習制度之結構邏輯架構進行分析,發現其與教育實習三聯關係有著密切的關聯,因此欲藉由三聯關係中三方的意見作為問題之因應策略建構的依據。對此,本研究自編「教育實習階段問題導向因應策略建構之專家調查問卷」作為資料蒐集之工具,以期建構出可行且合適之因應策略。 本研究採用專家問卷,共調查18位專家學者對師培問題之重要性程度及其因應策略之可行性程度,主要發現如下: 一、師培問題之重要性程度排序,三方觀點有所差距。 二、師培問題因應策略之可行性程度,三方觀點相近。 三、綜合三方之觀點,師培制度之改善可多參酌實習學生之意見。 依據上述之研究結果提出建議,提供教育實習相關單位及未來研究相關之依據與參考。

The purpose of this study is to explore the problem of teacher training in the educational practice stage and try to construct a feasible coping strategy. According to the conclusion of this research, the problems of teacher training can be divided into the short duration of educational practice, the confusion of the role of the students in the internship, the lack of extension of the internship plan, the selection of internship tutors, the imperfect training and certification system, and the poor attitude of the students. The six problems, such as the lack of close cooperation between internship tutors and intern students, were integrated into the structural and logical framework of the educational practice system for analysis, and it was found that they were closely related to the triple relationship of educational practice. Opinions as the basis for the construction of problem-response strategies. In this regard, this study compiled the "Expert Questionnaire on Problem-Oriented Coping Strategies Construction in Educational Practice Stage" as a tool for data collection, in order to construct feasible and appropriate coping strategies. The study uses an expert questionnaire to investigate the importance of teacher training issues and the feasibility of coping strategies among 18 experts and scholars. The research conclusions were summarized as follow: 1. The importance of teacher training issues differs among the three parties. 2. The three parties have similar views on the feasibility of the strategies for responding to teacher training issues. 3. Based on the viewpoints of the three parties, the improvement of the teacher training system may take into account the opinions of the intern students. According to the above research results, specific suggestions are made to provide the basis and reference for educational practice related units and follow-up research.
