大學生德行特質對其幸福感關係之研究─以某大學為例

摘要


本研究旨在探討大學生之德行特質及其幸福感兩者間之關係,並比較不同背景變項下大學生德行特質與其幸福感之差異情形,最後分析大學生德行特質對其幸福感之預測效果。 本研究採問卷調查法,以臺灣中部某國立大學之大學在學生為研究對象,以叢集抽樣方法收集問卷,共回收466份問卷。資料經回收整理後,以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異係數分析、相依樣本變異數分析、Pearson積差相關考驗、線性迴歸分析等統計方法加以探究,本研究結果顯示如下: 一、大學生正向德行特質現況呈現中等程度,以「人道」類德行特質得分最高。 二、大學生心理幸福感現況呈現中等程度,其中以「個人成長」層面得分最高。 三、不同學院之大學生於德行特質有所差異,而修習過道德教育課程者在「人道」德行特質較未修習過者高。 四、不同學院之大學生心理幸福感有所差異。 五、大學生德行特質對其幸福感具有預測力,其中以「勇氣」類德行特質預測力最高。

This study explored the relationship between college students' virtue strengths and their well-being, and researched the differences that occur under various circumstances. Then, the study also analyzed the predictability of college students' virtue strengths to their well-being. This study adopted a method of using a questionnaire survey. The samples of this study were 446 college students of the national university in central Taiwan. The outcome was analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, repeated measured ANOVA, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and linear regression analysis. The results of this study were as follows: 1. The status of virtue strength of college students showed a moderate level, and the score on the "Humanity" of virtue was the highest. 2. The psychological well-being of college students showed a moderate level, and the score on the "Personal Growth" was the highest. 3. The virtue strength of college students from different colleges were different, and those who have taken moral education courses had higher score on the "Humanity" of virtue than those who don’t have taken moral education courses. 4. The psychological well-being of college students in different colleges was different. 5. The virtue strengths of college students can positively predict the psychological well-being, and the "Courage" of virtue can more effectively influence the psychological well-being.
