人,是公司最大的資產,也是公司最大的財富。凡事以人為本,以人為出發點的企業最能獲得為工作奉獻、投入的員工,才具有強大的競爭優勢,為企業帶來永續發展。而「人員甄選」可以說是整個組織人力資源管理活動中一項重要的策略,藉此員工能在企業裡有著適性發展,並回饋在工作投入上,相對工作績效將會有更高展現。 本研究主要以財政部關務署台北關轄區空運進出口報關人員做為研究對象,員工的人格特質與工作投入、工作績效的關係作探討。並採用非隨機的便利抽樣法的方式進行問卷調查總計發出500份問卷,回收400份,剔除無效問卷後總計有效問卷382份,回收率為80%,有效填答率為95.5%,依據回收之問卷資料進行描述性統計分析、單因子變異數分析、T檢定及簡單迴歸分析後,得到以下結果。 一、不同背景變項員工對工作投入與工作績效有顯著的影響。 二、人格特質、工作投入與整體工作績效之間具有中度以上正相關。 三、空運進出口報關人員人格特質、工作投入對工作績效具有預測力。 最後,依據研究結果提出結論與建議,期望提供產業界及後續研究者研究方向之參考。
People is the largest assets of a company and it’ s also the company's greatest wealth. The enterprises which are people-oriented in everything can get the employees contribute to their work much more easily. This kind of enterprises has a strong competitive advantage and keeps going to develop. “Person selection” can be an important strategy in the organization's human resources management activities. In the kind of the enterprises, employees can have adaptive learning and development, will work harder in return, and will have a higher job performance. This study was mainly taken from the air transport import and export customs agents of Taipei Customs, Customs Administration, Ministry of Finance. The purpose was to explore the connections between the personality traits of employees, job involvement, and job performance. As the subject of this study and a questionnaire survey was conducted by using non-probability sampling. A total of 500 questionnaires were handed out with 382 handed back, resulting in the effective response rate to be 76%.After descriptive statistical analysis, one-way ANOVA t-test and simple regression analysis based on the collected questionnaire data, the following results are obtained: The employees of different background variables have a significant impact on job involvement and job performance. There was an moderate positive correlation between personality traits, job involvement, and overall job performance. The personality traits and job involvement of the air transport import and export customs agents have a predictive effect on job performance. Finally, according to the research results, the conclusions and recommendations are proposed for the industry and future research as a reference.
