本研究旨在探討諮商心理師在生涯調適力、專業耗竭與職涯滿意度之關係及現況,並以專業耗竭度為中介變項,瞭解其對生涯調適力及職涯滿意度之中介效果。以台灣諮商心理師為研究對象,共回收 198份有效問卷,所使用研究工具包含「生涯調適能力量表(CAAS)」、「專業耗竭量表(MBI-HSS)」與「職涯滿意度量表(Career satisfaction)」。調查所得資料以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、Scheffe法事後比較、Pearson 積差相關分析、迴歸分析等統計方法,進行資料處理及分析,本研究結果如下: 一、諮商心理師在本研究中生涯調適能力為中上程度、專業耗竭感受度不高、職涯滿意度為中等程度。 二、不同背景變項諮商心理師在生涯調適力、專業耗竭度與職涯滿意度有部分差異。 三、諮商心理師的生涯調適力與職涯滿意度有顯著正相關。 四、諮商心理師的生涯調適力與專業耗竭度有顯著負相關。 五、諮商心理師的專業耗竭度與職涯滿意度有顯著負相關。 六、諮商心理師專業耗竭度對生涯調適能力及職涯滿意度具有部分中介效果。 最後,本研究根據研究結果進行討論,並進一步提出建議,以供諮商實務界及後續研究者作為參考。
The purpose of the study was to investigate the relationships between career adaptability, career satisfaction and burnout in counseling psychologists in Taiwan. The researcher recruited 198 counseling psychologists and gave them questionnaire survey packages, including Career Adapt-Ability Scale (CAAS), Career Satisfaction Scale and the Maslach Burnout Inventory-Human Services Survey(MBI-HSS). The researcher applied descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, and Regression Analysis of the study.The results of the study were as follows: 1.Counseling psychologists in Taiwan have a intermediate performance in career adaptability, career satisfaction, and perceived a low level of burnout. 2.Counseling psychologists in Taiwan with different background have partial differences among the career adaptability, career satisfaction, and burnout. 3.There was significant positive correlation between career adaptability and career satisfaction. 4.There was significant negative correlation between career adaptability and burnout. 5.There was significant negative correlation between burnout and career satisfaction. 6.The relationship between career adaptability and career satisfaction is partially mediated by burnout. Based on the results of the research, suggestions and recommendations are addressed for future studies.
