台灣和韓國不但歷史背景相似,在GEDI 評比中皆為熱衷於創業的亞洲國家。本研究以台灣和韓國為例,主要目的為針對察覺、動機及能力因子與策略創業行動之關聯性探討。過去學者對策略創業議題有眾多的討論,但是隨著時間及國家的不同,其得出的結論也有所差異。因此本研究藉由AMC理論等變數,系統性的觀察它們與策略創業之相關性,並進行兩國比較。 本研究所使用之資料來源為全球創業觀察(Global Entrepreneurship Monitor, GEM),其資料被廣泛使用於學術研究。針對2009-2017年台灣和韓國早期階段之樣本,藉由二元羅吉斯迴歸模型提出假說並驗證。研究結果顯示:(1)察覺因子對台灣和韓國的策略創業行動皆有正向顯著影響;(2)動機因子對台灣和韓國的策略創業行動皆沒有顯著影響;(3)能力因子對台灣和韓國的策略創業行動皆有正向顯著影響。
Korea and Taiwan not only have similar backgrounds but also have more and more people are involved in entrepreneurship. The main purpose of this study is to explore the issue of the factors of Awareness, Motivation and Capability structures that affect strategic entrepreneurship, comparing with Taiwan and Korea. There are many studies about strategic entrepreneurial issues, however, the research contents are diverse due to times change and different regions. By integrating AMC factors, this study explores how these factors correlate with strategic entrepreneurship. The source of this study is from Global Entrepreneurship Monitor, which is wildly used on academic researches and has great influence. Using the 2009-2017 data of Taiwanese and Korea total early stage entrepreneurial activity, this study uses Binary Logistic Regression model to verify hypothesis. According to the result, first, parts of awareness have significant effect on strategic entrepreneurship in Korea and Taiwan. Then, Motivation don’t have significant effects on strategic entrepreneurship in Korea and Taiwan. Besides, All the capability factors have significant effect on strategic entrepreneurship in Korea and Taiwan.
