社區歌唱班學員心流體驗與生活滿意度關係之研究

A Study of the Relationship between Flow Experience and Life Satisfaction at Community Singing Classes

摘要


國際組織倡導終身學習,我國與時俱進,不間斷的終身學習是全球人民在生活中不可或缺的一部份,音樂教育與社會藝術教育培養人們美的感知,音樂不僅帶來生活豐富度,對於社會帶來正向影響,於學習者的身心及人際互動皆有正向幫助。有鑑於此,本研究旨在探討社區歌唱班學員心流體驗與生活滿意度關係,研究目的在於社區歌唱班心流體驗與生活滿意度之情況;不同個人背景變項的心流體驗與生活滿意度是否具有差異情形;社區歌唱班學員心流體驗與生活滿意度的相關情形;社區歌唱班學員心流體驗與生活滿意度的典型相關分析。本研究以南投地區社區歌唱班,年滿30歲以上且曾參與過南投地區社區歌唱班相關課程為期一年以上學員為研究對象,於2022年5月間,採取便利性抽樣,以Google表單發放線上問卷,回收319份,回收率100%,針對問卷調查所得結果,以SPSS 19與SPSS 25統計軟體進行敘述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、資料統計分析、皮爾森基差相關與典型相關分析等統計分析之。 本研究所獲得之結論分數如下: 一、社區歌唱班學員呈現中高程度心流體驗。 二、社區歌唱班學員呈現高度生活滿意度。 三、社區歌唱班學員在心流體驗上會因年齡、課程參與年資與教育程度而有顯著差異。 四、社區歌唱班學員在生活滿意度上會因性別、年齡、課程參與年資與教育程度而有顯著差異。 五、社區歌唱班學員心流體驗與生活滿意度達顯著正相關。 六、社區歌唱班學員心流體驗對生活滿意度具有顯著典型相關結果。

International organizations advocate lifelong learning, and Taiwan keeps pace with the times. Continuous lifelong learning is an indispensable part of people's lives around the world. Music education and social art education cultivate people's perception of beauty. Music not only brings richness to life, but it also has a positive impact on society, and positively helps learners' physical, mental and interpersonal interactions. In view of this, the purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between flow experience and life satisfaction in community singing class learners.  The purpose of the research was to explore the relationship on the flow experience and life satisfaction of the community singing class learners; Whether the flow experience and life satisfaction of different personal background variables are different The correlation between the flow experience and life satisfaction of the learners in the community singing class; the predictive power of the flow experience and life satisfaction of the learners in the community singing class. In this study, learners over the age of 30 who have participated in community singing classes in Nantou area for more than one year were selected as the research subjects. Convenience sampling was adopted. A total of 319 online questionnaires were distributed and 319 were valid. The response rate was 100%. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed by SPSS 19 and SPSS 25 statistical software through descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way analysis of variance, data statistical analysis, Pearson basis correlation and canonical correlation analysis.  The results are as follows: 1.Learners in the community singing class present a moderate-to-high level of flow experience. 2.The learners of the community singing class showed a high degree of life satisfaction. 3.There are significant differences in the flow experience of community singing class learners due to age, course participation experience and education level. 4.There are significant differences in life satisfaction of community singing class learners due to gender, age, course participation experience and education level. 5.The flow experience of community singing class learners is significantly positively correlated with life satisfaction. 6.The flow experience of community singing class learners has significant canonical correlation results with life satisfaction.
