臺商與臺灣學校之關係︰吉隆坡臺灣學校之探討

摘要

東南亞5所海外臺灣學校多數為臺商所創辦，而本論文以馬來西亞臺商所創辦的學校，即吉隆坡臺灣學校為研究對象，來探討臺商與臺灣學校之間的關係。本論文將試圖理解在海外由臺商企業經營管理學校，會對學校產生如何的影響？並藉由對董事會與執行董事的教育理念進行了解，以探討其對臺校運作的影響，並了解其經商的經驗對於臺校的人事管理與經營策略有否影響。

There are five Taipei schools established by Taiwanese Businessmen in Southeast Asia. The thesis is to explore the relationships between Taiwanese Businessmen and Taipei school in Malaysia, especially focusing in the Chinese Taipei School of Kuala Lumpur. We try to find out the influences of Taiwanese Businessmen on school administration. This thesis will also investigate educational concepts of the board of directors of the school, and how they affect the running of the school. Finally, personnel management and business strategies of the businessmen will be studied in order to understand their relationships with the school management.
