固體分散和氟水輝石薄膜防腐蝕塗料的製備

摘要


研究中主要以三種不同種類的高分子來插層合成雲母 ( ME-100 ),分別是Mannich 胺基多聚體 ( AMO )、聚甲基丙烯酸 ( PMAA ) 與聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯 ( PMMA ),以形成有機-無機複合物。其中AMO與PMMA在特定條件下可以插層進雲母層間甚至達到剝層的效果。使用剝層的PMMA /AIBN /ME-100奈米複合材料塗佈於鋅片表面測試防腐蝕效果,其腐蝕電流從5.01×10-6下降至6.24×10-8 ( μA /cm2 )、極化電阻從3.2提升至2.40×102 ( kΩ.cm2 )。

Three different types of synthetic organic polymer; amine-terminating Mannich oligomers (AMO), poly(methacrylic acid) (PMAA) and poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) were introduced into the inorganic lattice to form nano-composite. The AMO and PMMA were intercalated under specific conditions to achieve exfoliation of layers. PMMA/AIBN /ME-100 nano-composite complexed was coated on zinc plate to test its corrosion protection effect which showed a decrease in the corrosion current from 5.01× 10-6 μA /cm2 to 6.24 × 10-8 μA /cm2 besides increase in the polarization resistance from 3.2 kΩ.cm2 to 2.40 × 102 kΩ.cm2.
