以1,3,5-三嗪官能化材料作為輪胎添加劑:合成與探討

摘要


本篇論文以三聚氯氰作為中心,在三聚氯氰的兩端與二乙醇胺做結合,外圍接上具有雙鍵的甲基丙烯酯官能基,最後以哌嗪接上三聚氯氰的一端所形成的化合物,最後以哌嗪的自由胺基和大豆油上的環氧基反應,並經由核磁共振光譜進行探討。 藉由核磁共振光譜儀可以確認所合成的化合物能和大豆油環氧基進一歩官能化。

In this study, we use cyanuric chloride as reaction core; both chloroside of cyanuric chloride were replaced by diethanolamine, which were further with methacryloyl chloride to form methyl acrylate ester, the other chloroside side of cyanuric chloride was treated with one reaction side of piperazine. Finally, the other free amine side of piperazine product was used to react with epoxidized soybean oil and studied by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. The result confirms reaction of epoxidized soybean oil with product containing free amino side of the piperazine product arises.
