製造商以原廠委託設計方式盈利,雖握有研發設計能力,但卻因資訊不流通,無法得到終端銷售資訊,造成毛利低、接單不穩、無法得知消費習慣及銷量,也難以提供完善的售前售後服務。本研究探討 ODM 廠商目前的商業模式可能遇到的問題,嘗試設計對製造商較理想的,以資訊平台為核心的商業模式。此模式以製造商轉為 OBM 為基礎,提供一資訊平台給廠商、銷售店家、消費者三端,讓各端使用者透過網路即時共享彼此資訊,解決資訊不流通的問題。 根據此模式,本研究與一生活輔具業個案合作,一同了解業界狀況、個案需求,再依據需求為此個案規劃應用於此模式的系統規劃。
Manufacturers rely on as an original design manufacturer to obtain benefits. Although having the ability to research and design, being unable to perceive adequate information, they still can’t acquire sufficient market information. Thus, that has made the consequences of low profit and unstable orders. This study was meant to discuss the possible difficulties that the current business model might encounter, trying to design the model taking the information platform as the core value that fit the manufacturers. This model was built on the process of manufacturer turning into an original brand manufacturer, providing an information platform to the manufacturers, sellers and customers. It makes the users of all ends sharing thoughts with each other through the information platform, solving obstacles of information communication. According to the business model, this study cooperates with a case of daily living aids industry to understand current situation of the industry and the case needs, then design each system function and architecture of information platform for the business model.
