彰化縣國中小學校護理人員工作壓力與工作滿意度關係之研究

A Study on the Relationship between Job Stress and Job Satisfaction of Nurses in the Primary and Secondary Schools in Changhua County

摘要


學校護理人員揹負全校教職員工生的健康照護與疾病預防之重責大任,隨著少子女化與慢性病學童個案增加的衝擊,凸顯出學校護理人員在學童健康照護上之戒慎恐懼;加上自2020年迄今,受到「嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎COVID-19」疫情肆虐全球的影響,對於身為校園防疫第一線的學校護理人員來說,無疑是雪上加霜,致使學校衛生護理工作範疇日趨繁重,有鑑於此,本研究旨在探討彰化縣國中小學校護理人員工作壓力與工作滿意度之關係,研究目的在於了解彰化縣國中小學校護理人員工作壓力與工作滿意度之現況;國中小學校護理人員的背景變項對工作壓力與工作滿意度之差異情形;國中小學校護理人員工作壓力與工作滿意度之相關情形;國中小學校護理人員不同背景變項、工作壓力對工作滿意度之預測力。本研究以彰化縣218位國中小學校護理人員為全面普查對象,共發放218份問卷,回收191份,有效問卷回收率為87.6% ,以 SPSS 25.0 統計軟體進行描述性統計、獨立樣本t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關以及多元迴歸分析等統計方法來進行資料分析。 根據研究結果歸納出以下結論: 一、彰化縣國中小學校護理人員有中等程度之工作壓力。 二、彰化縣國中小學校護理人員有中等程度之工作滿意度。 三、不同年齡、子女數、教育程度、學校種類、學校規模、學校護理工作年資及職務類別的彰化縣國中小 學校護理人員,在工作壓力上有顯著差異。 四、不同有無子女、教育程度、學校規模及學校護理工作年資的彰化縣國中小學校護理人員,在工作滿意 度上有顯著差異。 五、彰化縣國中小學校護理人員之工作壓力與工作滿意度呈顯著負相關。 六、彰化縣國中小學校護理人員之工作壓力對工作滿意度有顯著預測力。 最後根據上述之研究結果,針對衛生主管機關、教育主管機關、學校、學校護理人員以及未來研究提出建議,希冀相關單位重視並調節學校護理人員的工作壓力,藉此提昇其工作滿意度,以達互利互惠之雙贏局面。

School nurses are responsible for the health care and disease prevention of all school staff and students. In view of this, the study aims to investigate the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic on the school health care workers in Changhua County. In view of this, the study aimed to investigate the relationship between job stress and job satisfaction of school nurses in Changhua County. The purpose of the study was to understand the substations of job stress and job satisfaction of school nurses in Changhua County; the demographic differences between job stress and job satisfaction of school nurses in Changhua County; the correlation between job stress and job satisfaction of school nurses in Changhua County; and the predictive ability of different background variables and job stress on job satisfaction of school nurses in Changhua County. Total of 218 questionnaires were distributed to 218 school nurses in Changhua County, and 191 questionnaires were collected, with a validity rate of 87.6%. The data were analyzed by SPSS 25.0 statistical software for descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and multiple regression analysis. According to the results, can be summarized the following conclusions: 1.School nurses in primary and secondary schools in Changhua County had moderate job stress. 2.School nurses in primary and secondary schools in Changhua County had moderate job satisfaction. 3.There were significant differences in job stress of school nurses in primary and secondary schools in Changhua County by different age, number of children, educational background, school type, school size, school nursing seniority and job category. 4.There were significant differences in job satisfaction of school nurses in primary and secondary schools in Changhua County by different with or without children, educational background, school size and school nursing seniority. 5.There was a significant negative correlation between job stress and job satisfaction of the school nurses in primary and secondary schools in Changhua County. 6.Job stress of the school nurses in primary and secondary schools in Changhua County had a significant predictive ability on job satisfaction. Finally, according to the above results, recommendations were made, for the health authorities, education authorities, schools, school nurses, and future research. Hope the relevant authorities can pay attention to it and regulate the job stress of school nurses, so as to improve their job satisfaction and achieve a mutually beneficial win-win situation.
