本研究採取敘說研究法,敘說者為研究者本身,以 Riessman 所提出的「經驗再呈現」作為敘說及研究歷程,目的在於透過研究者生命中關於複雜性創傷後壓力症候群復原歷程的敘說、整理及詮釋,呈現創傷知情對創傷倖存者的重要性,並經由敘說過程中的反覆省思與分析,融合自身與他者閱讀後的回饋,重構敘說者的自我概念,賦予其生命故事嶄新的意義。
This study adopts the narrative research method, the narrator is the researcher, myself. In this study, the representation of experience proposed by Riessman is used through out the narrative and research process to narrate, organize and interpret, presenting the importance of trauma-informed to trauma survivors, reconstructing my own self-concept and giving my own life story a whole new meaning through repeated reflection and analysis in the narration process and the integration of reading feedbacks from myself and others.
