無線低功耗網路之同步對時機制研究

摘要


本研究目的為無線低功耗網路的時間同步,利用現有的網路時間協定(Network Time Protocol)和無線低功耗網路(Low-Power WiFi)的設備,結合通用非同步收發傳輸器(Universal Asynchronous Receiver/Transmitter;UART)程式和對時程式達成時間同步的資訊交換。本研究所採用的方式,不需要昂貴的開發套件,也能完成低成本、高準確率的對時機制,並節省設備成本的支出。

The work explores the mechanism of clock synchronization with Low-Power WiFi. We adopt Network Time Protocol (NTP) on Low-Power WiFi devices which combines a Universal Asynchronous Receiver/Transmitter (UART) program and a clock request program to exchange information for clock synchronizing. The approach proposed in this work can lead to a clock synchronizing mechanism with low cost and high accuracy.. Furthermore, this approach does not require an expensive development kit, so it can save the cost of the equipment expenditures.
