論文名稱：原住民觀光產業經營與發展策略之研究 以仁愛鄉為例 校院系：國立暨南國際大學人文學院公共行政與政策學系 頁數：177 畢業時間：101 年01 月 學位別：碩士學位 研究生：劉孝明 指導教授：陳嫈郁 博士 論文摘要 南投縣仁愛鄉具有豐富的自然景觀資源及人文特色資源，種種的特色造就仁愛鄉獨特的觀光資源，成為吸引國、內外遊客前來的主要誘因。仁愛鄉原住民部落發展具有族群特色的觀光產業，才有利於所有原住民族利益的發展；而原住民部落觀光產業的發展目標應取決於族人的決定，如此，原住民族人才能成為這觀光產業的真正受益者。族人也必須學習如何運用部落的自然及人文資源，發揮潛能，如此才能讓國人至此觀光旅遊，增加部落及族人的經濟收益，這樣的原則應是在規劃發展原住民地區觀光產業必須加以重視與考量的。　 本研究採質性研究中深度訪談法及參與觀察法，透過訪談及實地觀察參與，來探討仁愛鄉原住民觀光產業經營與發展策略。 　 研究結果發現發展觀光產業在仁愛鄉入的衝突情形以土地的問題為主，而合作關係建立於僱傭關係上；而因觀光產業面臨之衝擊部份則無明顯之異常；建構仁愛鄉原住民部落發展觀光之機制是以生態永續發展為主要的策略，期望能對仁愛鄉原住民部落發展觀光提供建議。

Abstract：

Ren-Ai Township is abundant in resources of natural landscape and humane characteristics and creates her particular elements in sightseeing with those above. These elements have been the main inducements to attract the domestic and foreign tourists. For the best benefit of all the indigenous people live in Ren-Ai Township,each tribe of Ren-Ai Township should develop its sightseeing industries with its own characteristics; moreover,the goals of this development should be determined by tribal people to make sure that they would be benefited. Otherwise,tribal people should learn to develop their potential ability and use their humane and natural resources to increase their income form tourists. What we said above should be treat as an important principle when we plan on the development of tourist industries in those regions of indegenous people.
We study aborigine tourism management and development strategy by interview and join the whole process while the mechanism was working.
We found that the main problem of tourist industries is the ownership of the land in Ren-Ai Township Cooperation is mercenary,but there is no typically present conflict that the tourist industries in Ren-Ai will face be found in this study. Environmental sustainable development should be the main idea to construct the mechanism of tourist industries in tribes of Ren-Ai Township. We hope that this study would provide advices for development of tourist industries of indigenous tribes in Ren-Ai Township
