摘要 本研究對於南投縣教導主任進行教師領導現況分析,瞭解南投縣國小教導主任的教師領導實際作為、探討教導主任與教師知覺教導主任教師領導實施之差異、比較不同背景分析之教導主任及教師,在知覺教導主任教師領導實施之差異,並提出結論與建議。 本研究採用電子問卷調查法,以南投縣12班(含)規模以下共113所學校之教導主任與教師為研究對象共回收教導主任問卷76份,教師214份,研究結論如下: 一、 南投縣國民小學教導主任知覺教師領導程度高於非教導主任知覺教導主任教師領導程度。 二、 南投縣不同區域國民小學教導主任教師領導在表現程度有顯著不同。 三、 南投縣年資深國民小學教導主任知覺教師領導上高於年資較淺教導主任。 四、 南投縣男性教導主任對於「促進教學領導」、「提升家長參與學校之支持」高於女性教導主任。 五、 南投縣國民小學教師知覺教導主任教師領導表現程度,兼任行政職者低於未兼任行政職者。 六、 南投縣國民小學教導主任與教師的年齡、學歷、參與跨校社群對於知覺教導主任教師領導無顯著不同。 綜合上述研究結果提出建議,提供教育行政機關、國民小學及未來後續相關研究參考。
Abstract The researcher is to understand about the actual role of the teacher leadership of the Nantou County Elementary School Directors. Exploring the differences between directors and teachers’ perception of directions-teacher-leadership implementation. Comparing directions and teachers perceived differences in directors-leadership implementation with different background. Make conclusions and recommendations. This study adopts the electronic questionnaire survey method and takes the directors and teachers of 113 schools under the class numbers of 12 in Nantou County as the research objects. A total of 76 questionnaires for directors and 214 for teachers were collected. The summary research results are as follows: 1. In Nantou County, the elementary School Direction's Perceived Teacher Leadership Level is higher than teachers’ perceived Director's Leadership. 2. In different cities and towns, the performance of elementary school direction teacher-leadership is different in Nantou County. 3. Senior Elementary School Directions Perceive Teacher-Leadership Higher than Junior Directions. 4. The male directions of Nantou County Elementary School is higher than the female directions in "promoting teaching-leadership" and "enhancing the support of parents to participate in the school". 5. In Nantou County, the elementary school teacher’s teaching-leadership is lower than the teachers that have concurrently administrative. 6. There is no significant difference between the directors and teachers in Nantou County elementary school in terms of age, educational background, participation in cross-school community perception, directions and teacher leadership also have no significant different. Based on the research results, it will be provided to educational administrative agencies, elementary schools and future follow-up related research references.
