心理師從事性侵加害人社區治療之經驗探究

本研究旨在探討心理師從事性侵加害人社區治療之「經驗探究」及應具備之「專業知能」。本研究採取質性研究方法中現象學取向，邀請在社區治療中執業超過5年以上、並具心理師執照者，並招募到3位研究參與者，每位研究參與者各訪談2次，總共6次的訪談內容之逐字稿即為資料分析來源，並以現象學分析步驟進行資料分析。研究結果發現：一、心理師在系統體制內的經驗有七項內容：「依法執行的治療流程」、「體制日臻完善」、「社區治療以團體治療為主的實務處境」、「對社區治不同的建議與看法」、「個案過往資料取得不易」、「治療場地未有統一標準」、「縣市各自為政標準不一」。二、心理師與個案相處的經驗發現的四項內容：「多元之個案樣貌」、「個案處境艱困」、「彈性調整與個案之互動及界限」、「對個案的刻板印象之理解與轉化」。三、執業經驗對心理師的影響發現四項內容：「挫敗經驗的影響與反思」、「經驗中之專業成長與進步」、「執業經驗引發之自我覺察與反思」、「心理師在社區治療中角色的多樣性」。四、執業的拉力與推力發現的四項內容：「創造社會更安全的工作價值」、「對工作內容的熟悉度」、「與主責機關合作的良好經驗」、「不想中斷專業與其於經濟上的現實考量」。五、心理師執業應具備的專業知能發現的五項內容：「謹慎即全面的治療評估」、「與其他系統合作的能力」、「依個案需求而調整的治療取向」、「以再犯預防為原則的治療目標」、「其餘相關專業知能精進」。最後研究者根據研究發現以心理師從是性侵加害人社區治療知經驗加以討論，並提出本研究之建議，並以研究者省思作為本研究之結尾。關鍵字：性侵加害人、心理師、社區治療、經驗探究、專業知能

This study aims to explore the "experiential exploration" and "professional knowledge" that therapists should have in community treatment for sex offender. It adopts the phenomenological orientation of qualitative research methods and invites those who have practiced in community treatment for more than 5 years and had a licensed, and recruited 3 research participants, each research participant interviewed 2 times, a total of 6 interviews were verbatim transcripts as the source of data analysis. The results of the study found that: 1. The experience of therapists in the system has seven contents: "Treatment Process According to the Law", "Institutional Changes More Perfectly ", "Practical Situation of Community Treatment is Mainly Group Treatment ", "Different Viewpoints and Suggestions for Community Treatment ", "Difficult to Obtain Past Data for Treatment venues ", "There is no Unified Standards for Treatment Sites", "Differences in the System of Counties and Cities". 2. Four items discovered by Therapists in their Experience with Clients: "Diversified Clients Appearance", "Difficult situation of the Clients", "Interaction and Boundaries between Flexible Adjustment and the Clients", "Understanding and Transformation of the Stereotype of the Clients". 3. The Influence of Working Experience on Therapists four items were founded: "The Impact and Learning of Frustration Experience", "Professional Growth and Progress in Experience", "Self-Awareness and Reflection Triggered by Practice Experience", and "The Diversity of Role of Therapists in Community Treatment". 4. The Pull of Practitioners four items were discovered: "Create a More Secure Work Value for the Society", "Familiarity with the Work Content", "Good Experience in Cooperating with Responsible Agencies", and "Don’t Want to Interrupt the Profession and Other Economic Practical Considerations". 5. The Professional Knowledge that Therapists Should Have has seven contents: "Treatment evaluation", "System Cooperation", "Treatment Orientation", "Treatment Goals", and "Refinement of Other Related Professional Knowledge". Finally, based on the research findings, the researcher discusses the psychological teacher's experience in community therapy for sexual assault perpetrators, and puts forward suggestions for this study, and concludes the study with the researcher's reflection.
