台灣施工安全圍籬產業面臨的問題與傳統企業面臨的窘境一樣,像是政府營造預算減少與上游廠商工程數量的萎縮,導致微利營運的現狀。政府的政策及社會人口結構的改變,導致勞工人力的不足,此外,原物料價錢不穩定與客戶議價能力導致經營成本增加,因此,如何維持穩定的發展並提高利潤,正是需要探討的議題。以BYX公司來說,想要在安全圍籬產業中穩定發展,需針對現有的問題提出經營與改善。本研究針對營建業發展歷程、經營概況以及安全圍籬相關廣泛蒐集文獻,並對不同的資料進行分類,最後以個案研究對象進行內部核心能耐說明及外部五力分析,探討個案公司的未來經營發展狀況與挑戰,利用自身的優勢調整其策略,以提升整體競爭力。研究發現在安全圍籬產業中,因市場競爭激烈導致獲利逐漸下降,但經營成本卻逐漸提高,使得整體經營環境愈來越惡劣,企業為求永續發展,必須洞悉產業裡的動態發展,不斷求新求變,企業經營亦必須不斷以求利益以及所面臨的挑戰不斷突破,持續建構其競爭優勢。
The construction industry of security fence in Taiwan has confronted the same obstacles as most traditional enterprises did. As the reduction of government budget and upstream manufacturers shrink that caused low-profit operation in the current situation. Also, the change of government policies and demographic structures caused the shortage of labor. The unstable material price and the negotiation between customers led to an increase in operating costs. It is an important issue that we should explore how can company maintain stable development and increase its profits in the industry.For BYX company, it should improve the existing problem in order to maintain stable development in the security fence industry. This study focuses on the development of the construction industry, business overview and security fences research, then use the core competency and five force analysis basis on a case study. Furthermore, exploring the company's future business development, challenge and also take its advantages into good use to enhance its competitiveness.The result show that in the security fence industry, profitability has gradually declined due to fierce market competition, but the operating costs have gradually increased. It led to a worse overall business environment. In order to achieve sustainable development, enterprises must make an innovation constantly and to break through the challenges to keep its competitive.
