光譜儀應用之農藥種類檢測

摘要


本研究利用光譜儀,對不同種類農藥進行檢測,台灣屬於亞熱帶國家,氣候溫暖潮濕,在農業發達的社會下農作物害蟲雜草繁多,對農民來說農作物的維護是一個很大的考驗,農作物維護有許多種方法,但礙於人工、機器需耗費較大的成本壓力請況下,一般農民為了減少時間及成本,大多採用較符合經濟效益的化學藥劑除去害蟲及雜草,而目前市面上使用的量測方式需將樣品送至專業單位檢驗,此過程需耗費至少一周的時間才能得到結果,而且檢驗費用不低,相當耗費時間及成本,本實驗選用兩種不同的農藥按照使用方法稀釋成可使用狀態,並利用光譜儀量測其穿透率,並將農藥在不同比例波段的穿透率算出定性質及定量值,藉此跟水在同樣波段的穿透率比較定性值,藉此看出液體中是否含有農藥。

This research uses a spectrometer to detect different kinds of pesticides. Taiwan is a subtropical country with a warm and humid climate. In a society with developed agriculture, there are many crop pests and weeds. The maintenance of crops is a big test for farmers. Many methods, but due to the high cost pressure of labor and machinery, in order to reduce the time and cost, most farmers use more economical chemicals to remove pests and weeds. In this experiment, two different pesticides are used to dilute them into a usable state according to the method of use, and the penetration rate is measured by a spectrometer, and the penetration rate of the different ratio bands of the pesticides is calculated to determine the properties, so as to penetrate the water in the same wavelength band. Rate comparison whether this liquid contains pesticides.
