由社會資本理論探討醫院藥品採購與銷售

隨著臺灣健保的制度改變，醫院相關單位將調整部分在藥品的採購與銷售的方式，並透過社會資本觀來體現，其核心在於讓醫院能夠得到最佳的採購與銷售方式，同時也確保病患有優質的醫療照護，在新制度下，展現各醫院的社會資本觀，共同打造優質醫療之環境。隨著時代變遷，醫院及疾病的狀態改變，針對該狀況改善醫療環境能提供的部分，包含醫院採購的藥品、銷售給病患的藥品以及針對有需求的藥品作安全的庫存，讓醫院能有收支平衡且完善的醫療資源。因此本研究以臺灣中部醫療相關機構單位為例，並以「醫療相關單位社會資本探討採購」、「醫療相關單位社會資本探討銷售」和「醫療相關單位社會資本探討庫存量」之要素，來確認整體臺灣醫院對採購、銷售、庫存量的社會資本觀。本研究發現醫院對於採購通常以Putnam社會資本概念，強調醫院單位間的特性及關連性，密切的組織特性，建立在彼此信任的情況下，達成有效率的採購；銷售則是以Coleman的社會資本觀，說明各環節的要素對彼此間的重要性，強調人與人之間的關係，經常是銷售成功與否的重要關鍵；庫存量經常以Bourdieu的社會資本概念，主要針對文化資本、經濟資本、社會資本三者資本環環相扣，當其中一部份改變會牽動著另外兩方跟著變動，因此藥品的需求量會因為醫院的文化、醫療單位、資金多寡等有所影響庫存的量級標準。根據以上的研究結果得知，醫院的採購、銷售及庫存模式，藉此提供給相關單位參考。
