樂齡學習之研究:以退休人員生活發展為例

摘要


雖然教育部樂齡學習活躍老化規範性需求課程針對參與者其認知的重要性與評估,也後續進一步改善規範性需求課程的提供與教學。但卻因此忽略瞭解活躍老化課程於生活發展上身心靈等影響的重要性與實質效果。因此,本論文的研究問題是進一步瞭解,樂齡學習活躍老化課程於退休者其生活發展上如身心靈等現狀,並紀錄與分析其後續生活發展中相關影響的重要性與實質效果。 爰此,本論文之研究目的是幫助樂齡課程的規劃與執行者,在瞭解活躍老化課程對退休者其生活發展身心靈等影響的重要性與實質效果後,能夠確實提供可以專業適時適性地調整或強化生活發展上身心靈等狀況的樂齡活躍老化課程。 本研究採用質化敘事訴說,了解55歲以上退休者參加樂齡活躍老化課程後,生活發展的故事。具體而言,研究參考相關文獻,擬定涵蓋生活章節、關鍵事件、重要他人、未來藍圖、壓力與難題、個人基本信仰和價值觀、生活主題與身心靈狀況的個人敘事8大問題,為高齡者核心架構的個人故事分享大綱後,研究者並加以當面說明,請高齡者撰寫個人故事,再將敘說文本資料進行編碼與解析高齡者生活發展的輪廓樣態。

Although the Ministry of Education’s Active Ageing Learning normative needs curriculum focuses on the participants’ importance and assessment of their cognition, it also follows up on further improving the provision and teaching of normative demand courses. However, it ignores the importance and practical effects of understanding the active aging curriculum in the development of life, mind, soul and other influences. Therefore, the research question in this thesis is to further understand the active aging curriculum of learning age in the status quo of the retirees, such as their body and mind, and to record and analyze the importance and substantial effects of the relevant influences in their subsequent life development. Hereby, the purpose of this paper is to help the planners and implementers of the senior age curriculum, and to understand the importance and effectiveness of active aging courses on the lives and development of retirees. Thus, active ageing courses are designed to adjust or strengthen the development of the upper body, soul, etc. This research uses a qualitative narrative to tell the story of the 55-year-old retirees who participated in the ageing active ageing curriculum. Specifically, the study refers to the related literature and proposes 8 major personal narrative issues covering life chapters, key events, important others, future blueprints, pressures and problems, personal basic beliefs and values, life topics, and body and mind. After sharing the outline of the individual stories of the architecture, the researcher also explains in person to give the instructions of the elderly to write personal stories, and then encodes and analyzes the narrative text data and draws the outline of the development of the elderly.
