晚清浮世繪：《游戲報》與上海文人的文化想像

本篇論文以中國近代第一份文藝小報——《游戲報》為探討對象，它無論在版面配置、文字風格、精神意趣等方面，皆對後來同類型小報的發展產生影響；同時，《游戲報》亦呈現予後世讀者不同於主流大報的另一種晚清上海面貌，更加地貼近普通市民的日常生活。這個由小報文人所構築的晚清上海圖景，正透露著他們對這個時代與城市的文化想像，而《游戲報》中的重要人物李伯元，其辦報生涯與思想意涵，亦藉由這份小報的文獻保存，得到更為清晰完整的認識。本文共分六章，各章結構如下：第一章為緒論，概要敘述晚清上海小報的發展歷史、特色，及回顧相關研究成果，說明研究動機與方法，並掌握《游戲報》的基本資料，如版式內容、銷售發行、報館成員……等。第二章討論李伯元在《游戲報》上組織的三個文藝社團：藝文社、書畫社和海上文社，這些藝文活動逐漸形成一個與報紙有著密切依存關係的想像的社群。第三章將焦點放在《游戲報》的文學相關議題，通過巴赫金廣場語言的理論啟發，發掘此報獨特的「滑稽模仿」論說，代表了小報文人的邊緣性批判模式；而《游戲報》的新聞則可視為一種景觀的展示，探討觀看與城市的關係。第四章以《游戲報》所記錄的娼妓事蹟與青樓訊息為觀察對象，晚清娼妓結構的轉型、報紙所連載的彈詞作品《鳳雙飛》、花塚與花榜等相關問題，皆在此章有所討論。第五章則分析晚清上海的娛樂文化，藉由《游戲報》保留下來的文獻，可發現海派京劇的視覺化趨勢，戲劇與報紙的結合亦逐漸形成一種新型態的文化產業，並借居伊•德波的景觀社會理論分析電影、公園內的各式展覽、賽馬與戲園裡的看與被看，發掘晚清上海娛樂文化的表演特質。

The thesis focuses on the research of Yuxi Bao-the first cultural tabloid of Modern China. Yuxi Bao had a great effect upon the development of the later tabloids in many respects, such as its layout, writing style and spiritual conceptions. Different from the other main newspapers, Yuxi Bao reveals another kind of appearance of Late Qing Shang hai, and is more close to the daily live of the common people. And these images of Late Qing Shang hai, created by these tabloid intellectuals, are reflecting their cultural imagination of the times and the city. As to Li Bo Yuan, an important person of Yuxi Bao, we can therefore sketch a clear vision of his career and thought through the text of this tabloid. This thesis consists of six chapters, the structures are as follows: chapter one is a short introduction including the background, research motive and method. Chapter two mentions three literatural arts clubs of Yuxi Bao organized by Li Bo Yuan and their activities. Chapter three lays stress on the related literatural theories of Yuxi Bao. The theme of Chapter four are the prostitute stories in Yuxi Bao. Chapter five is the analysis of entertainment culture in Late Qing Shang Hai.
