摘要

本論文主要目的在於探討東南亞恐怖主義演變與東協的反恐策略行動，分析的內涵針對東南亞自911事件之後之恐怖主義演變對區域內安全之影響，與東協各國所引起而對抗之反恐策略行動分析。據此，本文結構主要焦點目的設定為：第一、東南亞恐怖主義變遷對東協各國區域內安全觀影響之分析；第二、東協的反恐作為對東南亞區域安全的影響。

This thesis aims to explore the transformation of terrotism in Southeast Asia as well as ASEAN'scounter-terrorism endeavors since the September 11 crisis. This paper tries to analyze the international terrorism evolution and the global counter-terrorism,taking Southeast Asia, and to analyze Southeast Asian regional security transformation corresponding to the development of new terrorism in this region.
